I have a severe phobia of dental offices. A crown fell out and I had to go in. as soon as I walked in, I made it to the front desk and then I started crying because I get very anxious and in almost panic mode just by listening to the Dental drill going off on other people so I had to excuse myself from the front desk and leave and had to call from the parking lot. The staff there was very understanding and very accommodating. It was so embarrassing and it’s very hard for me to deal with this. It only happens at dentist offices. And I’m always so scared to go because of the feeling of doom of just walking into one of those places and two because I don’t know how other people are going to accept , my emotional response. But this office was great. The provider was so patient and explained everything and so did the technicians was amazing and I really appreciate everything and I appreciate them being so patient with me since I had to take medication in order to have a procedure done , they never made me feel bad at all. I trust this location and I recommended.

The hardest parts hasn’t started yet (the treatment hasn’t started) but just the staff and Dr. Williams are fantastic. Just them alone will make treatment smooth sailing, I believe. I left my appointment thanking God for Ideal Dental!

Honestly this was the best dental experience my husband and I have ever had. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by everyone at the front. After waiting less than 5 minutes we were already being called back for X-rays which were super quick and painless. The dental assistant was very sweet and really took the time to explain everything to us. Which really made us feel at ease. Dr. Seriki hands down is the best dentist I’ve ever been too. She was sweet and gentle. I had to get numb for my filling and I didn’t feel a thing and trust me I’m a huge baby so that says so much. Overall my experience at Ideal dental Sunnyvale was amazing I wish I could them all 10 stars because 5 simply is not enough!!!

On February 27, 2024 I had wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Nelson. I was very nervous about this procedure but the receptionist Melissa began to put me at ease and assured me everything would be okay. Dr. Nelson was wonderful and I am recuperating well. On the 28th February my wife and I both received post operative inquiries calls about any questions I may have .Big thanks goes out to Pam as well. Another thing that like about this Dental office is they are open on Saturday’s. Overall they have taken good care of me and promptly address any issues that I may have. A big thank you so much goes out to the entire Ideal Dental team.

Christy my hygienist was amazing. She explained all treatments and procedures. Before I was charged for services not covered by insurance, Christy had the front office person explain all the charges. I was also able to he fitted for a mouth guard during the same visit. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and polite.

I recently had a dental appointment and had the pleasure of being treated by an outstanding dental hygienist, Jessica. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable with her friendly and caring demeanor. She was incredibly informative, patient, and attentive to my nerves throughout the entire appointment. Jessica went above and beyond to ensure I was okay every step of the way, never showing any negative body language despite the numerous pauses we had to take due to my anxiety.
Additionally, the dentist took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the details of my symptoms. I appreciated his attentiveness and willingness to address all of my questions. What stood out to me the most was Jessica’s genuine care and support throughout the appointment. She never once pushed any sales and even walked me to the counter to assist with scheduling my next appointment. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, thanks to the exceptional care provided by Jessica and the entire team. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking compassionate and professional dental care.

I received two root canals and two crowns here and did not feel a thing! The dentist numbed me up very well and made sure I was not in any pain. Her assistant Ivonai answered all my questions after the procedure and made sure my temp crowns were well in place. Highly recommend coming here for any dental needs!

They both were informative, moved fast, as well as listened & answered All of my concerns. Lastly the Coordinator was awesome. She was very detailed with all the information she provided to me as well as informative regarding pricing and specials.

I have been a patient for over five years. I just recently started going back because the Ideal in Forney just was not helpful and I was in dire need of help. (cracked tooth) even though I live over 20 miles away I may be switching back to this location. The staff is so helpful and they genuinely care about me. The staff called and checked on me pretty much every day post-root canal and they were able to assist me with payment plans for treatment. Thank you to the dentist Ms Seriki and Megan. They went above and beyond for my care.
