We are new to the area and found this dental office from my insurance company. I was a little skeptical based on some reviews but our experience was pretty awesome. First, they have all their forms online which saves a bunch of time. Second, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Third, they have the latest technology for assessing the proper oral care. Fourth, they don’t pressure you into doing unnecessary or elective procedures. Lastly and most important, the dentist is very patient and makes sure that all questions are answered before doing any work. We have come across a lot of pushy dishonest work in this area, however Ideal Dental is top notch.

They are always quick to get me in-and-out for my appointments and the staff is very nice. The only negative thing I can say is there has been a few times between mine and my husband’s appointments that they’ve called a day or 2 before to reschedule due to random reasons. This is somewhat inconvenient for us because we schedule our work around our appointments. Otherwise they get 5 stars from me.
