If I could leave several five star reviews I would. . . I had previously sent my boyfriend there solely based on Google Reviews, and he loved it. I needed another opinion about two problematic crowns I have and decided to visit them. The service is great in every aspect, from the staff to the doctor himself. Very polite and knowledgable. The office environment is amazing, you can tell the staff is happy doing what they do and that the doctor appreciates them. The price point is high for me (no dental ins.) but worth every penny, they still have plans to help you out every way possible, which is very thoughtful. I RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE CERTAINLY. 🙂

My experience was fantastic! I loved everyone from the front desk, to the tech to the dentist! The office was clean, the front desk lady was so sweet and the dentist explained everything in detail. Also, their technology is ON POINT. They had technology I had not seen at another dental office including a machine that took 3-D images of my teeth that could then show me what my teeth would like after I got invisalign. It was very cool! Definitely coming back for my 6month check ups and for invisalign!

The service was awesome. I talked to Angelica before deciding to choose Ideal Dental for Invisalign treatment. Tracy gave me an X-ray test and scanned my teeth and she was really patient to give me slow instructions. It took about 20-25’ and then a dentist looked over my teeth to define if I need to do anything with my gum or cavity. Then, Angelica discussed with me about the payment plan and financing, insurance and guarantee policies . If you are worried about the total expense, discuss with Angelica and she will help you out. So excited to see my future teeth.

I was recently in town for a business conference and forgot my mouth guard. I woke up to a snapped front tooth which was absolutely horrible. I called Ideal Dental on a long shot to see if they had availability – literally within 2 hours I was back at the conference with everything fixed. I can not express my sincere thanks – I only wish I lived closer! 5 stars without a doubt. Thank you to the entire staff – they were amazing! I’d definitely choose them again, no hesitation.

This is the best dental office from start to finish. Bridget is friendly and incredibly helpful. Dr. Chowdhury is a fabulous dentist. I just completed the process having two new crowns seated. They fit perfectly! His manner is patient and professional and the work he did was painless. I highly recommend Ideal Dental of Waterside.

I don’t normally leave reviews so this will be one of my firsts. Considering I haven’t seen a dentist in several years because I’m always busy, I was very fortunate to find this place. Bridget was super super friendly as were the rest of the staff and the Doctor. Everything went very well and far better than I anticipated (due to nervousness of course) I’ve had many bad experiences in the past with dental offices and my tolerances for pain are low. Everyone was very considerate and helpful. This ideal dental has earned a patient for life!

I have been using this location for over three years. I’ve had four dentist at this location. Despite having varying dentist here, my experience has been consistent. Each dentist has been knowledgeable, as have the dentist assistants. The thing that has been most consistent at this location is the receptionist. It’s impressive that shes able to recall my name despite seeing me once every six months. It’s nice, and I’m checked in when I walk in without having to really say anything. My expectations have always been met or exceeded. If you’re looking for a dentist, you should try this location out.

I had the BEST experience at Ideal Dental Waterside. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 20 years. Terrified was an understatement. I set up my appt through their text option. Oddly enough that did take a lot of the stress out of getting it done. I showed up for my appt ahead of time and from entrance to exit I was in the best of care. The receptionist, the assistants, the dentist were all SO wonderful. Encouraging, kind, just plain wonderful. I knew I needed a lot of work. There was no judgment, they went to work! Put a plan into action and started my treatment same day. If you need work done or your just scared of seeing a dentist- book with Ideal Dental Waterside. They are top notch.

Amazing place. I dread going to the dentist, usually because I have to get a deep cleaning and it hurts so much! This place however, changed the way I feel about going. I did get a deep cleaning, but they numb all patients before that procedure. Dr. C isAMAZING!!! I honestly can say I have never had an experience like this one! Not to mention David and Bridget were awesome too, he was my hygienist and she was recptionist, who also went over billing and insurance coverage with me. From the beginning of scheduling and the end I am in fact utterly amazed of the customer service and how caring everyone is! I will be referring everyone there for now on and will change my family’s dentist as well!
