This was my second visit. My 1st visit was great other than the very rude aide. My 2nd visit was so much better! My aide CAITLYN made it so much better! Not only was she very informing as to what she was doin but her and the doc put me completely at ease!

I had the best experience ever with Dr Jackson and assistant Diamond. I went in for a root canal and I didn’t feel a thing, It was painless and I felt very comfortable. They both made sure I was ok by checking on me often. My tooth looks amazing I’m behind satisfied with my results. I will not let anyone touch my teeth except Dr Jackson

I switched to this company and had a great initial visit. My dental plan was explained thoroughly, and they will work with my schedule. I was also able to complete the first part of the plan. The hygienist carefully scaled my gums without causing discomfort.

My routine cleaning was today. I can’t say enough good about my fantastic Hygienist -Dana and Dr. Jackson plus doctor Jackson’s assistant Marsha.
I have been with Dr. Jackson since back in the Winston Salem dental group days ,before the buy out by Ideal Dental..
Don’t know what they make, and don’t care ,but whatever it’s, they need more for their excellent work and caring attitude and love for their customers… -

Amazing! They really take the time to make you comfortable, look at all of your options and they work fast without losing any of the quality! What has taken me 3 years to get out of other dentists took me 30 minutes to set up with Dr Jackson and Marsha!! 10/10 recommend! I have never looked forward to dentist visits but they genuinely are the best and make everything so easy and comfy! They even worked with my high anxiety ticks!

Called in looking for an emergency dentist on a Saturday. They accept new patients with an emergency before noon. I rushed over and they had me in a chair in 45 minutes. Very personable and friendly staff. Gave me options for care and respectfully accepted my decision to go see a Specialist on Monday. Wrote me a referral as well.
I may have to switch dentists. Had a great experience and the office has a good vibe.

Everyone was great. Only thing I have problem with is that I’d spoke with dentist when first came in and explained that I needed my dentures before I went out of town March 28th. I called back after looking at calendar for my extractions and and when my wax impression would be back and then when my permanent dentures would be back. I needed them earlier the dentist had told me they could be back sooner. But the girl I talked to said was $100 for Rush,I was never told that in the beginning so I need another solution to get them back by March 28th cause I don’t have $100 I’m on disability. Thanks for your help everyone is great there(the ones I’ve dealt with) anyways. Thanks Carolyn Joyce

I’ve never been to Ideal Dental! First place that takes walk-in takes my insurance & accepting new patients! They were all nice &friendly! I waited maybe 45 mins to be seen considering I was a walk-in NO COMPLAINTS about that! Katelyn and Dr. Nathani we’re great!! We laughed and I felt at home! I’ll definitely will be back. Actually might move my girls to this office as well!!

Dental assistant Kaitlyn was very attentive to my daughter during my appointment! I was embarrassed and a little ashamed to bring her at 4 yrs old, but due to today being a teacher work day I had no other choice. Kaitlyn tended to her while the Dentist examined me and prepped me for the treatment plan. This is my 2nd visit to this office, and I am so comfortable with the staff.

I went for first time and had filled paperwork online I was greeted and saw dental assistant Austin and he was great. Took 18 X-rays of teeth. Then saw Dentist Ajay Nathaniel DDS. He gave great exam and was very nice. I’m looking forward to my second visit and teeth cleaning. Recommend this practice highly 5 stars.

Let me just say just got off the phone with the receptionist KAITLYN and I am Soo pleased she answered all my questions and even gave me more information then what I asked she was soo patient with me!
