I hadn’t been to the Dentist in over a year and was feeling pretty embarrassed about it. Dr. Guerrero and his Assistant Lala were quite effective in not only putting my mind at ease but also made the visit quite pleasant and gave me a lot of tips and advice on how to implement and maintain a healthy Dental routine. It went sooooooo much better than I thought it would. I enjoyed the visit so much I scheduled my follow up appointment IMMEDIATELY!!!!! If you’re looking for a place that ACTUALLY cares about you and is ready and willing to act as well as impart their knowledge to help you maintain or try to save the teeth you have then don’t walk, RUN to this place!!!!!

Dr. Karishma Sheikh, DDS is a wonderful dentist! She really cares about saving the patients tooth and listen to your issues. She also makes sure the patient is very comfortable while working on your mouth. The office staff are very friendly and so welcoming! If you need a great dentist , Ideal Dental is the place to go!

Super easy to schedule. Got me in next day and made some calls to my insurance to confirm benefits. Took me back right at the appointment time and had great and thorough X-ray & 3D rendering equipment and they explained everything they were doing. Great experience. Would recommend.

Dr. Pham is very knowledgeable, professional and really cares about his patients. He took his time at explaining my diagnosis after looking at my X-rays we discussed my treatment and went over my options. Lien the hygienist is AMAZING! She’s super friendly and was very gentle at cleaning my teeth. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and they’re the best! The staff in general are all so welcoming!!

Good experience overall. I just suggest letting people know….rather than just suggesting the fluoride varnish treatment, let patients know the varnish treatment lasts 6 hours after application of the treatment, so they can kindly decline before you apply the varnish. I unfortunately can’t wait that long to eat.

The billing dept is awful…I was told it would take 4 to 8 weeks to get back a $100 overcharge that they already had for a year… not fair -
