Dr. Karlee Cromer grew up in San Saba, a small town in central Texas. After graduating from high school, Dr. Cromer attended Texas Tech University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then continued her education at the University of Texas Health San Antonio School of Dentistry to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery. 
  
As a child, Dr. Cromer had to have extensive dental work done on her teeth and became intrigued with dentistry. During this time, she also gained confidence in her smile, and her perception of dentists changed for the better. From then on, it became her goal to help people look and feel their best like her dentists had done for her. 
  
In her free time, Dr. Cromer loves spending time with friends and family, fishing, riding her bike, watching the Houston Astros, and walking her labradoodle, Lincoln. 

Dr. Milana Guadagno grew up in Boise, Idaho. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Chemistry at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She furthered her education at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Guadagno is passionate about providing personalized care and improving patient’s health while also improving their smiles.

In her free time, Dr. Guadagno enjoys hiking, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and spending time with her family, friends and chunky cat, Tater-Tot.

Dr. Ryan Snyder grew up in Chambersburg, PA.  He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology at The University of Pittsburgh and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Pittsburgh as well. 

He joined the U.S. Army immediately following dental school and served in the U.S. Army Dental Corps as a GP for 7 years.  He was in the initial push into Iraq in 2003 and served many humanitarian missions there after combat operations ceased.  Following that, CPT Snyder was chosen by the U.S. Army to complete Orthodontic training at The University of Louisville.  Following Orthodontic training, he went to Ft. Hood, TX to be the Chief of Orthodontics and teach the Orthodontic sector to the 2 year AEGD residents at the Program there.  After several years there he was recruited to be a mentor at the Tri-Service Orthodontic Residency Program at the Air Force Post Graduate Dental School at Lackland AFB.  There he finished off as Program Director of the program and retired from the military. 

Outside of the office, Dr. Snyder enjoys outdoor activities and spending time at Lake Travis on sunny days. 

Dr. Varun Kulkarni has served as a Faculty for Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at the University of Illinois at Chicago and Midwestern University.

Currently a full-time private practitioner, Dr. Kulkarni combines his teaching abilities and clinical skills to deliver exceptional patient care. Additionally, Dr. Kulkarni has published over 50 articles in Immunology, Periodontology, Implant surgery, Oral Surgery, Esthetic, and Plastics surgery and has presented numerous lectures and surgical demonstrations. He has also lectured nationally and internationally on dental implants and periodontal procedures. He also serves on the Editorial Boards of many peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Kulkarni is the recipient of the Distinguished Nobel Biocare Fellowship and Straumann Implant Fellowship.
