First off, everyone is so kind here! My oldest and I both had appts today and I had to bring my other 3 children because childcare fell through and they were very accommodating. They didn’t make us feel anything but welcome. Iykyk. Everyone was not only friendly but knowledgeable as well. I do mean everyone from the front office staff to of walking me through and explaining what is needed, what insurance covers and what out of pocket would be to the staff in the back who is working on us and explaining options step by step. I was also able to schedule 4 more appts for less than 2 weeks out.

Great atmosphere created by a friendly and upbeat staff, cleanliness, and dentists/hygienists (Dr Cromer and Janette in my experience) that are detail-oriented. They went over the results with me, explaining the “why” behind their recommendations without being overbearing or pushy. Overall a great experience!

Awesome service. Chip my tooth and they were able to take me in on the same day. The office is family friendly and the waiting time was minimal. The entire office is immaculate. I will recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a dentist.

Excellent service! Very professional and client centric. I had a broken tooth vernier and wanted to get it fixed ASAP. They squeezed me in without an appointment, when my own dental clinic would not. Now Ideal Dental Alamo Ranch is my dental clinic. It’s all about customer service…and they hit a home run with me.

Phenomenal service and staff! I’ve been going here since it opened a couple years ago. Friendly, professional staff. The office is always clean and efficient. I never have to wait long when I’m scheduled and they’re great about getting me in for an emergency.
