I have been to this clinic a number of times now. The staff are kind and nobody tries to upsell any extra treatment. I bring my entire family here and it has repeatedly been a positive experience. It is the first time in my 30 years that I have kept a consistent 6-month schedule.

This was my first appointment here and I absolutely would recommend them again. I hadn’t been to the dentist since before the covid lockdown and had been nervous about making an appointment since it had been 3 years and my previous dentists were always so aggressive and basic cleanings were painful.
This was not my experience here. Natoria & Joanna were both professional and pleasant. I immediately felt comfortable while they were doing all the initial work before Dr. Hassan came in. Dr. Hassan was equally friendly and I really enjoyed being her patient. She explained everything she did before she started, which was nice to know what to expect.
If I could give more stars, I would. Highly recommend!

I have Dental Anxiety. I have never felt so relaxed and calm during dental exams or treatments EVER! The staff is absolutely phenomenal from the Dental Assist, to the Hygienist, to the Dentist, hands down I have never received this level of care of service ANYWHERE. I am so glad I found this office. I almost canceled my visit but I am so glad I didn’t.

I had an emergency tooth extraction with Dr. George this morning and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I was worried about finding an appointment on a Friday after waking with an unexpected toothache. The staff at the Ideal Dental location was very friendly, competent and professional. Billing was explained very clearly with several options available. Sometimes you can tell a doctor is going to be good just from the initial conversation. This turned out to be the case. Dr. George is super nice, very laid back, and especially patient answering questions in spite of a hectic office with multiple patients and my emergency. His doctoring skills were great, too. Highly recommended. I have passed by this place a million times and had no idea that this place would be so good.

I am a 80 year old senior citizen who needed to get my molar tooth extracted. The extraction was tough and had to be removed piece by piece since the tooth was fragile. Dr Rohan George did a great job and handled it delicately and with great skill and patience. He and his entire staff made me feel comfortable and I did not feel any anxiety or pain and was relaxed and at peace during the entire operation. I would strongly recommend Dr Rohan George and his team at Ideal Dental for all your dental needs and concerns. They will treat you with the utmost care and patience. Had an emergency visit this morning after being up all night with an infected crown. From the wonderful young ladies who met me at the front, to the awesome gal who helped me chairside and took xrays, to the doctor himself who had a great sense of humor, I am thrilled to have found this place.
I literally cried all night, and in the office, with a degree of pain I didnt think was possible to not pass out from. I have two weeks before I get a full upper denture, and hoped all would be OK until then. Unfortunately, it was not to be, and I suffered horrible pain I could not escape from for over 14 hours. I found Ideal Dental online, and drove 38 miles to get there for when they opened.
They had many patients while I was there, and while I wish they could have just numbed me up in the parking lot, I understand there is a procedure that requires adherence. The awesome doc gave me a few shots, and I particularly liked the one straight up through the roof of my mouth. For a brief moment in time, its pain made me forget about the pain that brought me there. But soon, the anticipated flood of nothingness took over and not only did my nose feel like it was 10 pounds, but I noticed my infected tooth no longer hurt at all ! We have a winner !!!
Folks, I hate going to the dentist. That tidbit is more than likely part to blame for the current condition of my teeth. I’ve never had a GREAT experience at a dentist office before. That changed today thanks to the awesome men and ladies at Ideal Dental in Allen. Thank you all for your kindness and compassion this morning for a fellow human who desperately needed it.

If you are looking for a new dentist, one who will be knowledgeable and caring, give Ideal Dental of Allen a try. From the moment I make the appointments, to any cleaning I have had to get done, to more involved dental work, I have noticed a very organized, understanding, and well-maintained environment. I recently had to get a crown put on, and the process gives me anxiety. Both Rohan George and Maged explained everything and answered all my questions, and Maged even brought me a blanket because my anxiety sometimes leads to shivering. I appreciated both of them, and will continue to go here and will recommend others as well.
