Dr. Ruiwei Liang, DMD is a dedicated dentist who combines a strong background in scientific research with technical expertise and patient-centered care. She completed her undergraduate dental training in China before continuing her education in the United States, where she earned her PhD in Oral Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and later her DMD from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Dr. Liang chose dentistry because she enjoys bringing together scientific knowledge, technical skills, and meaningful patient care. She values the opportunity to continually learn and apply her knowledge to help patients improve their oral health and confidence. Her approach is centered on providing thoughtful, knowledgeable care while helping patients feel comfortable and supported.
Recently relocating to Arizona, Dr. Liang is excited to begin this new chapter and become part of the local community. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys reading, hiking, and traveling
Dr. Julie Hayes entered the field of dentistry at the age of 18, beginning her career as a dental assistant she discovered her passion for dentistry and serving others. She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University, majoring in Biomedical Sciences, and later completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University.
Dr. Hayes is also a proud veteran of the United States Navy, where she served for four years as a dentist following her dental education, providing care to active-duty service members. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Hayes has a strong passion for dental education. She returned to Midwestern University as a preclinical adjunct faculty member, helping train the next generation of dental professionals.
Dr. Hayes is deeply committed to patient-centered care, ensuring every patient feels heard, understood, and confident in their treatment. She focuses on gentle techniques and strives to make each visit as comfortable as possible.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Hayes enjoys staying active, crafty hobbies and spending time with her family and friends.
