I appreciate Ideal Dental working with me to find a rescheduled appointment at a different location that would allow for the procedure to be completed that same week as the original schedule. It really made a difference in taking care of the issues versus waiting much longer due to work travel conflicts. I really like the staff they’re super friendly and always try to accommodate you. Maritza is the best hygienist! Last time I went I was having some sensitivity and she was super careful with the cleaning and rinsing that I had no issues. They really do make you feel super comfortable and answer any questions you might have. My husband and I have been coming here for several years now and we plan on staying with them.

Everyone is very polite, respectful and attentive to your needs. Every step is thoroughly explained. Equipment is state of the art. Facility is very clean. If you are using another Dental facility in Baytown, you are really doing yourself and family a huge disservice. If you’re using “J” Dental….run to “IDEAL” as quick as you can!!!!

Everyone is very nice and informative. As someone who has anxiety I can honestly say after being explained to about each step taken I was at ease. I would highly recommend them. They make you feel welcomed and do not keep you out the dark about any procedure they will be doing. The surgeon was was very nice and quick which was a major plus.
