Finally being able to care for my teeth and ideal dental has been great! Explained treatment plan, offered different options and even gave a discount for paying in full. The dentist and staff were all so welcoming and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend them.

Going to the dentist always makes us nervous, but that was not the case with Dr Tania – she made us feel extremely comfortable. She was very professional in her work, friendly and most importantly calming which you need when you visit the dentist. All the support staff were great as well – smooth process from the time of checkin to checkout. Will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Everyone was friendly and the customer service was great. I like how open they were about pricing and financing. The only thing I didn’t like was the after care for pain. If you have a low tolerance for tooth pain I wouldn’t recommend going here. The dentist and Maribel (spell check) were my two favorite people.

The staff here was amazing! I was an emergency walk-in patient. The receptionist was professional and polite she got me signed in swiftly. I needed a tooth extraction, mind you I was terrified. The hygienist even played Beyonce for me per my request to ease my nerves. To my surprise I literally didn’t feel an ounce of pain and they encouraged me the entire procedure. For post care they carefully explained instructions to me and I felt relieved once I departed. Thank you Ideal Dental.

I started to take care of my teeth this year and have been multiple times this year. Friendliest staff ever! Jocelyn at the front is very sweet and caring. The staff takes the time to answer all of my questions to better understand my dental health. I had an emergency on a Saturday and they took me right in and did a root canal and saved me a lot of pain. I am really thankful for this and the new dentist is AMAZING. She fixed all my teeth problems and is super nice and informative. THANK YALL

great appointment, x-rays and assessment, dr explained issues, then discussed all options and provided treatment plan..Staff member then went over treatment plan and cost and answered any questions…I would highly recommend this office

I had a wonderful time, everyone was so nice and answered all my questions. Going to the dentist always makes me feel nervous and uneasy as it is. But their level of friendliness and professionalism made it all better.
Update: I got Invisalign with them and it’s been great, if you have been thinking about braces but rather go on the Invisalign route I truly recommend going here. -

The staff are super friendly and helpful. On my first visit, Dr. Stevenson explained to me what needed to be done before I got my wisdom teeth out and braces on and explained why it needed to be done in that order. I had a hard time finding a dentist that I liked, and I’m glad to say that I found it at Ideal Dental in Baytown.
