Had a great experience with Ideal Dental in Belterra. Daisy and Charlene were both friendly supportive and quite excellent overall. I was impressed by how much they were willing to provide information on what they were doing and how things would go, especially making space for special questions that I had. Dr Doan was quite Pleasant while also being tuned in with my situation and shot me straight but was kind throughout the entire visit. I trust their expertise and enjoy their staff. I hadn’t been to the dentist since pre-Covid and I was scared! I have genetically problematic teeth and I knew two years without a visit would = a lot of work needed. I DID need a lot of work but Dr. Doan and the whole team made it efficient, painless, encouraging and DID I MENTION PAINLESS!? I have since made sure my husband and daughter switch to Ideal Dental. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!

I can safely give 5 stars for the experiences we have had so far. 3 of 4 in our family have made it in for our exams and cleanings and were treated with professionalism, courtesy and kindness. Dr. Doan is not pushy, she doesn’t shame you and she is very easy to talk to about concerns. I am pleasantly surprised and pleased considering we are new to the area and didn’t know what to expect. The office staff is always very friendly on the phone and helpful too.

Ideal Dental was amazing! I’m wasn’t one of their patients when I called today because I had a toothache. They fit me in (in 30 minutes.) I already thought that was great, but then I met dentist and her assistant. They were both so kind and careful . I’m terrified of needles , and they worked magic when numbing my mouth. It didn’t hurt at all!! Needless to say, I’m switching to Ideal for my dental care!

I hate going to the dentist! I make an appoint every 6 months and dread going, but my experience at Ideal Dental was the absolute best dental experience I have ever had. The doctor was even able to fix my cavities right then, I didn’t have to schedule a follow up appointment! AND once your teeth are all clean and cavity free they give you a free custom whitening kit. They really do just want you to have beautiful smile ?

Dr. Doan and her team are amazing! While going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do, the team at Ideal Dental goes above and beyond to change that view. They take the time to explain what they are doing and to ensure you are comfortable. Erin and Zayda are kind assistants and love what they do. The office manager Yareli (sorry if that is the incorrect spelling) and Daisy are very friendly, they always explain the cost of treatment throughly so I know what I’m getting my self in to.

I went in for a cleaning and exam. The experience was great. Zayda was the hygienist, I hope I spelled her name correctly. The waiting room was clean as well as the examing room. Also, the dentist is great.

I’ve been going to Brush 32 Belterra for a good while now, and it has always been a great dental office. Still a little nervous because Dr. Patel still notices that I cram 6 months worth of flossing into the night before. Everyone from Dr. Patel, to Manny and Eran the assistants and the wonderful front staff are all super friendly. Dr Patel does such a great job, I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a dental office here is Southwest Austin.
