I had a dental emergency – broken tooth. My dentist of 26 years retired 8 years ago, I hadn’t seen another. I contacted them this morning and by 10:30am I was there, Elizabeth got everything going Christina took x-rays and set me up, Dr. Mendez did an amazing job – I can’t stress how happy I am with the result, I will be going back. It is a small practice but extremely capable! I would post a before and atfer picture…but the before was pretty gross, just take my word for it, go see them!

Everyone at Ideal Dental was super friendly and very welcoming! Walking into the office, I was greeted with the nicest receptionist and quickly went back for my appointment. You can definitely tell that the all of the staff cares about their patients and love what they do. Hands down, the best dentist experience that I have ever had!

Dr. Parekh was great.
This was my very first time to ever see a dentist… I was great full that she took her time showing me pictures of my teeth and explaining things to me that she likely explains all the time and may otherwise rush through. She also allowed me the opportunity to ask questions as well.
The young lady taking my X-rays also was nice and did a great job
Insurance can always be a touchy subject and create a lot of stress for front desk workers and patients… initially there was an issue with my insurance but all things worked out fine, patience and kindness are key.
Thank you to the two ladies working the front desk.Great first ever visit to the dentist! I’ll be back!

Super kind, friendly, helpful staff. A dental assistant was helping the Dr while she filled a cavity. It was clear that the assistant admired the Dr and it was nice that the Dr encouraged the assistant. It’s nice to see / hear staff supporting one another. It’s not easy for me like a professional (Specialist, DDS, OBGN or General MD etc) of any kind because I work in the medical field myself and there are those bad apples always trying to get over on you. However, Dr. Parekh has been gentle, kind and understanding and hands down SHE will be my Dentist. The treatment plans were reasonable I was able to get all of my treatment done in a timely manner with a very good treat at the end. Highly recommend dental office.

Beth, the office manager, at Brush32 is amazing. I have been having trouble finding an emergency oral surgeon all day and needed a referral from Brush32, Beth has responded to every phone call and email I have sent (and it was a lot) in a timely manner and was always willing to help if anything else was needed. This has been the best dentist office I have ever been to! Definitely gonna miss Dr. Asthana:(

I had a tooth emergency after just moving to the area this week and this was the only dentist that was willing to get me in before I left town today. Very friendly staff and VERY accommodating. On top of that they even gave me a coupon to help me out with the X-ray and consultation since I temporarily did not have insurance. I will 100% be using this dentist in the future.

It has been a VERY long time since I have been pleased with a dentist’s office. However, I am happy to say that Brush32 was great!! First of all, all of the staff were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had nothing painful happen today, which was a very pleasant surprise compared to other dental visits I have had in the past. Also, the reception area and the rooms were very clean and smelled awesome! I recommend Brush32 in Buda.
