My first time to go to Ideal Dental. Front desk staff was welcoming. Flora, who did intake, was considerate, patient with my expressed concerns, and provided enormous encouragement. Appreciate her. Dr. Kim knows his stuff — thorough and thoughtful in discussing what the panoramic x-ray showed. I really appreciate the time he took with me to explain the options available to treat my dental needs. Great experience at Ideal Dental Conroe.

Was having horrible pain due to a gum infection, and of course it came on Friday evening right before the weekend. Found ideal online and saw they were open on Saturdays. Called first thing when they opened Saturday morning and they were able to get me in just an hour later. The dentist and staff were great, prescribed me what I needed to beat the infection. Great service, will definitely be back!

I went to Ideal for the 1st time today as they are right around the corner in Grand Central, they were absolutely awesome from the time I walked into to the time I left. Dentist was polite and to the point, the nurse was very funny and polite even though we had to take impressions 4 times. Not a complaint at all as she explained she just wanted to get it right. I Highly Recommend them 5 stars was all I could give even though they deserved 10

There was a delay in them seeing me but they were very apologetic and offered a free fluoride treatment to make up for the wait. The staff were very helpful and professional. Overall I was very pleased with the dental cleaning and experience.

First time coming here! Very nice and educational. Answered all my questions. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful from answering the phones to scheduling and in person questions. Saw Dr. Ezzi and her assistant Shannon, all very nice and helpful. Asked if I was okay most of the time and my comfort level. Helped work out a treatment plan for my teeth and dental hygiene. Definitely recommend 10/10 ??

The staff were amazing and super nice! I went in for an “emergency” appointment because of a toothache. Didn’t find anything specific, but the dentist ended up fitting me in for an actual cleaning afterwards. Very nice, knowledgeable, and caring of their patients! Definitely recommend them 🙂

I have anxiety and bad experiences in my past from previous dentists that kept me from going, but I finally caved and went. Ideal Dental’s staff is super friendly and informative, they put me at ease from the get go. They’re there to help you get on the right path to healthier teeth, not to judge you. They made sure all my questions were asked and answered. Always checked in with me during the whole procedure so I’m not overwhelmed. They made quick work of all my cavities, deep cleaning, and tooth extraction all in one go. No problem. Highly recommend them!

I woke up in excruciating pain from a toothache. Thankfully the clinic was able to get me in same day! They not only took care of the root canal I needed but they even were able to prescribe me some medicine to help my pain. So happy I came here!
