Shanae is always my go to as the assistant to any doctor I see in there. She welcomes me like family and constantly asks if I’m okay. Shanae gives me confidence that my visit I will be taken care of. Both doctors I have had the pleasure of being a patient to have been kind and absolutely gentle. I don’t like needles and could barely feel when numbing. I had a tooth extraction today which I was scare to get done. But the doctor was so good I didn’t notice it came out ! Shanae was by myside making sure I was okay and provided me water and reminded me of what the doctor said to do and not do.

I have been with ideal dental for years! My hygienist Reina is beyond extraordinary. She has been my hygienist for more than 15 years and she does a fantastic job! She takes her work seriously and makes certain that at every cleaning appointment everything is beyond perfect. She is careful ans gentle a true professional. She put my dentist trauma to rest! I found this dental office to be excellent! Everyone was super friendly and professional. From the receptionists, assistants, hygienists and of course the great dentist! I had a crown done and they explained everything as they went along and I literally felt nothing!(that’s a first for me) They got me in right away and it truly was a great experience. The experience could not have been better. I broke a tooth unexpectedly and was relieved to get an appointment the next day. Honestly this place had been the best experience, Dentist I’ve ever been to and I am 37 years old. Most dentists are not caring about your sensitivity to your teeth and the pain when they go to numb your teeth in order to start working on it and this doctor is absolutely amazing even his staff is very comforting and they make sure that you’re OK at all times and the receptionist are always assisting even if you’re not even sure what it is that you need. I’d recommend this dentist, especially if you’re a pain in the butt like me I’m very needy and I’m very dramatic and they help bring me back down to reality and are assisting in every way possible.

I’ve continued to use Ideal Dental even though I moved out of state. I schedule my cleaning when I know I’ll be in town. I like the way they run on time, the way the hygienists take care of me, and how Dr. Coussa is personable and honest. Today I had Ryna clean my teeth and she was thorough yet gentle! Dr. Coussa showed me the images and xrays on a big screen and even checked over my teeth himself. Another pain free in and out visit!

Dr. Coussa is very professional and he never forces you to do anything you are uncomfortable doing. I really appreciate his professionalism. He seems to be a pretty patient guy. The office has modern equipment but the area in which you have your consultation is much smaller than other practices I have been to. It doesn’t bother me much. It looks clean and they have definitely added other safety measures to ensure patient safety and staff safety. Expect to have your temp taken, use hand sanitizer you must wear a mask inside. You can remove your mask prior to getting your teeth treatment, obviously. The staff is generally friendly and I do have my favorites ?. Setting an appointment is a breeze and the wait time is approx. 5 mins. Dr Coussa is a great dentist which is why I continue to go back.

I just had a filling repaired today at Bright Smiles with Dr. Coussa. This was my first visit here. It was a pain free procedure! I was very impressed with their well cleaned and organized office. I felt safe with their procedures of sanitizing and keeping me distant from others. Everyone’s bedside manner was great too. I was welcomed and everyone was very polite. I felt as if I had been going there for years. I am actually looking forward to getting my teeth cleaned when its due!

Oh my goodness. I am so very pleased with the service rendered by this establishment. Since I have been unable to return back to New York to visit my regular dentist, I did not know where to go. Recently I cracked a tooth that inhibited me from performing my regular activities; ex: Eat, smile and just to feel good about how I appeared to others. Well I googled a dentist that was close to my house, and found this great place. The staff was very friendly, and quite attentive to my needs. My dentures needed to be sent to the lab. However; by the next day, just as they stated, my dentures were back. They all wore face masks, took my temperature to ensure the safety of the staff and customers that entered the facility (while practicing safe social distancing, during this Covid 19 suitation) The dentist was extremely kind, gentle and he also let me know that the lab had repaired a tooth that also needed to be fixed. My dentures were returned to me looking brand new. I am so thankful, and grateful for the wonderful service I received. Now I can have a wonderful smile for my video birthday on Thursday!!! Thank you so very much for BrightSmiles Dentist of Coral Springs. I would highly recommend this dentist to my Floridan friend’s and neighbors???
