Super understanding and accommodating when I showed up a little late for my first appointment after getting locations mixed up. All of the staff were thorough, patient, and genuinely kind. The technology and equipment used are top notch and made my exam/cleaning experience surprisingly comfortable. I have been looking for the right dentist’s office for a few years now and I’m glad I found it!

Great service, clean spaces. Everything checks out. The only opportunity is the wait times. About 30-40 mins from appointment time to “service” time. BUT, Mikaila did such a great job at guiding through the steps and engaging in conversation to help pass time and not feel like a long wait.
Thanks for the service. Will come back.

Such a great experience. I don’t like coming to the dentist but the staff was so welcoming and patient with me. Scott and Sharon are the friendly and welcoming faces that will greet you. Very knowledgeable with your insurance benefits. Mikaela and Dr Prado were so gentle and efficient. I’m very happy I found this office.

Super friendly, patient, and thorough. I usually dread going to the dentist, but this was the first time I had a good experience in years. The hygienist was excellent. Usually, the first visit scans take forever, but it was quick and easy. The dentist was fantastic and gave a detailed plan for my fillings without the guilt trip 😂. I was overdue for a dentist visit and was expecting the worst, but they made it easy and comfortable. I’m so glad I changed to them. Highly recommend.

Good evening.I just wanted to give my insight on my visit to Ideal Dental.I must say my appointment was Allllll the way IDEAL.First,I was warmly greeted by Scott and Sharon.They were totally professional and informative in what to expect on my visit and explained the ins and outs perfectly.When my name was called ,I went to one of the rooms and was immediately helped by Suzy.While she giving my x-ray(fyi,their technology was better than other places I have been).I had good conversations with Suzy ,come to find out that she has been in denistry for ten years and to add ,her passion has always been denistry since she was a lilttle girl.She looked so yoing,lol She even ended up working for her childhood dentist at one time .How cool was that.. Then i was greatly taken care of by Dr.Pardo and his assistant Shea.Wowwwwwww,they explained showed and taught me things about my teeth that I Never knew.Do’s and Dont’s for my everyday procedures.After my superb session and my excellent cleaning by technician Shea,I was sent back up front where Sharon thoroughly explained my treatment plan and what to expect the next few months.Overall,my visit was on point and and the staff Really made my day .I suggest this dentist office if you truly want to have a healthy and beautiful smile.Thank you.

I brought my father to Dr. Pardo-Sanchez who truly took the time to listen to my father’s concerns and shared his professional recommendations. Dr. Pardo designed a dental treatment plan that best aligned with my father’s wishes and his recommendations. My father has been very happy with care received by Dr. Pardo. He truly is an amazing dentist. I will be scheduling an appointment with him myself.

Hygienist needs to remember to I need to introduce himself and tell patients his name. Especially since he is putting hands in people mouth. Jovani was nice too.

As a new patient, they scheduled me right away. I am so happy I found them because a previous dental office wanted to place me two crowns, but the doctors here assured me that it was not necessary! In the contrary, they advised against it. I am pleased with my first visit and look forward to my cleanings here

A 5 Star experience all the way. The staff and dentist were super-attentive. The oral exam was non-invasive, comfortable and detailed. Dr. Parr’s was amazing. This may have been the most informative dental care conversation I’ve experienced. I have a much better understanding on dental care on this side of 50. Actually looking forward to my next exam and procedure.

I went in for fillings and a follow up on a crown I got a few weeks back and once again I had a awesome experience. Anytime you fall asleep while the dentist is working on you, you know they’re top notch. I dozed off twice lol. All I can say is if you’ve had a not so pleasant experience at the dentist you need to go to Ideal in Lake Highlands. It’s no exaggeration when I say everyone at this location is the best. They’re professional, personable, and just make you feel like you’re a friend. If I moved an hour away, I’d STILL come to this location. That’s just how good they all are!! Thank you!!

I love the doctor here! He communicates very well and is honestly a miracle worker. I have trust issues when it comes to dentist. He was the first dentist I went to in Dallas and I have not looked for another dentist since. Come here if you’re looking for a trust worthy dentist office!

Dr. Pardo-Sanchez and his staff are an incredible team and I highly recommend their care for any dental needs. I had sort of a complicated case that turned into a month and a half ordeal, but they were nothing but patient and kind to me throughout the whole journey. Elizabeth is exceptional and she was like my support team when I needed anything (follow up appts/dr notes/etc). Dr. Pardo-Sanchez is one who provides the upmost care to this patients and takes his time to make sure you get the right treatment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else 🙂

I cannot speak highly enough of this dental group. I’m a nurse and I avoided going to the dentist during the pandemic due to fear of spreading/catching Covid. I was afraid to go in even once things had settled down because it had been about 2 years since I had seen a dentist by then. I went to this Ideal Dental really nervous since I had never had a cavity, and sure enough, I had a few now. The team here was incredible every step of the way in my treatment plan, from front desk to hygienist to dentist. I am so grateful and will continue to return to this location without fear!

I was referred to Ideal Dental through my provider and as a new patient, I highly recommend this office. They were professional, punctual and have AMAZING customer service! Scott is meticulous and super friendly. Both Iovani and Dr. Pardo Sanchez show the utmost care and really educate you on maintaining your dental health. Elizabeth was so personable and thoroughly explained my billing and answered my questions prior to treatment. For the first time in a long time I actually enjoyed visiting the dentist. There is no judgment (I hadn’t been in a while due to COVID) and they encourage all your questions. 5 stars is not enough. The team and service surpassed my expectations.

I have no bad storied about the dentist because everyone at this location is so friendly and kind and up for a good laugh with you.
