I have been so pleased with this Ideal Dental. Dr. Soto is so personable and remembers me from visit to visit. She is also very knowledgeable. She has remarked what a good job a previous dentist did, and that was meaningful as that dentist was a personal friend in another town, which she did not know. She answers all the questions I have and goes above and beyond to help. All the staff is great and I look forward to going to the dentist. From office staff to hygienists, I don’t have any desire to go anywhere else for dental needs. My dental insurance was tough to navigate, and they have made it much easier.

Can’t say enough good things about how kind and thoughtful and patient the entire staff has been with me, a notoriously anxious dentist-avoider. Had to visit a couple times for a long overdue deep clean, and from the front desk staff to the hygienist (Twan I believe is his name, apologies if I’m butchering the spelling) to the head dentist, there was no judgement and just encouraging words. One of the best things I could ever say about a dentist office: they actually don’t make me DREAD a return trip.

Everyone was so kind & easy to talk to. I was there to get a new upper denture. While talking with the doctor, she gave me several options due to my lower implants not completely finished to wait until that was done & to come back then. Good visit, honest not just trying to sell me something. Highly recommend!

Dental chains normally get a bad rap so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Dr. Soto and her team were absolutely amazing! She took her time with me, listened to all my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. Jay did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable and kept me laughing. Calla did fantastic explaining my procedure proposal and how it all works. Very pleased with this office!

I’ve been very impressed with my two visits to this location! The staff are friendly and helpful with any questions. I was worried about my first visit as I hadn’t been to a dentist in 15 years or so but they made me feel extremely comfortable. The best part is that they allow you to make all appointments online which is perfect for me because I work nights and it’s hard for me to call most places during work hours.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist BUT my experience with Ideal Dental Denton has been nothing but a pleasurable experience. Dr. Soto, my dental hygienist Jay, and my receptionist Calla have been very helpful and supportive . They are very polite, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Soto did such a great job that my procedure wasn’t even painful. I hate receiving shots in my mouth to numb me up but her method made it pain free. It had been a long time since I’ve gone to the dentist (pre-Covid) and I ended up needing a lot of work done. They never made me feel shameful about the time lapse and was honest with what needed to be done and what I could hold off on. They even set me up with a schedule that I felt comfortable with as well as a budget friendly payment plan. I’m new to the Denton area and would HIGHLY recommend this office and team. Thank you Ideal Dental Denton!

First off this is the best dentist experience I have ever had. All of the assistance, technicians, and front desk staff are amazing and seem like they love what they are doing. Calla at the front desk, made sure I was taken care of and went out of her way to get me scheduled for a wisdom teeth removal at another location. The dental hygienist is also so kind and very informative! Lastly, Dr.Soto is one of the best Dentist I have ever had. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable even though I was very anxious at first. She did an amazing job on my two front fillings and you would never even know anything was there. She also remembers even the little things you tell her. She made the dentist a little less scary. I will continue to come here and see this wonderful staff 🙂

I’ve been to this office twice now and both times the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The hygienists are effective and gentle with your cleanings and Dr. Soto, the dentist, is very kind and informative. I intentionally chose this office because of the mostly-women staff and it has paid off! Coming from a less-than-ideal history with dentists, finding a good office makes all the difference and I can confidently say that I found a great one. 🙂

This my first time coming here and I am very impressed. I needed a deep clean and they did a great job. My hygienist was very friendly and chatted about stuff we had in common while she worked. She did a thorough job and made it as painless as possible. My teeth feel very clean!
They also are very informative about the procedures, billing, and anything else you might need to know. I will definitely be back!

I really like this dental office. From the first contact they were professional and efficient. After setting my appointment I received a link to fill out my paperwork electronically. The visit was smooth, transitioning from X-rays to the chair. The dental assistant was very pleasant. The Dr was quick to see me. They did not try to upsell me but laid my options and let me have a say in what the final solution was. I will be back and I highly recommend you check them out!

I have never had a dentist that truely cares. Im 25 and i was finding out things my childhood dentist that i had for 10+years never told me. They really go into depth about any issues you may be having and ways to go about it. They show you on a screen images and xrays of your teeth. Not just, “here are your teeth… you have 2 cavities.” No, they actually explain to you and show you exactly what tooth it is. They prioritize issues from urgent to least urgent so you know exactly what you are getting or should be getting.

Do you have white coat syndrome? Have you put off going to the dentist out of fear? Trust me, give ideal dental a shot. Great staff and I never felt a thing. I avoided the dentist for over a decade. I knew I needed lots of work and just didn’t want to go through with it. I finally went in and I am so happy I did. From the first appointment everyone was professional, super nice, and extremely accommodating. They gave me a list of what needed to be done and a suggested treatment plan but let me decide what was done when. I never felt pressured or like I was getting a dales pitch. Wanting to get it all over with they worked on my for over 4 hours one day. I was so tha kful to have a dentist that listened to me and was willing to work on my schedule. They were very aware of my comfort level and tolerance. I never felt a thing. They even removed bits of an old retainer that had been glued in but broken and non functional for about 20 years. It feels great to have healthy teeth again and it was easy to get there thanks to the amazing staff. I highly recommend especially if you’ve had a negative experience elsewhere.
