Dr Han and her team broke down my treatment plan in an easy to understand manner with transparent pricing. They give you the option to be treated for everything and suggest which is most important. My insurance didn’t cover everything, but they are in partnership with credit companies you can get loans from. I am very satisfied with my dental treatment.

Went here for Dental emergency..chipped front tooth..The entire staff from the time you walk in until you leave are very professional and very kind .Dr Han was amazing and is very good at what she does.. explained my options and fixed my problem right then…will definitely come back to this office

This is the second paradigm that I’ve had and these fits so well and I’m so pleased with everything to do with this Spanish. I wouldn’t hesitato go there at all or take my family there.

Came in to do a consult for Invisalign this morning. At first they couldn’t locate my appointment in the system but agreed to squeeze me in. Even though they were short staffed the still did a wonderful job caring for me and walking me through the process. First time having to do a deep cleaning and I was very overwhelmed but Dr. Han did an amazing job comforting me through the entire process. 10/10 service and looking forward to coming back.

I went in for a tooth extraction. Great front staff very friendly and explained my insurance and cost thoroughly. There was a visiting dentist he was awesome and very concerned about my pain and discomfort. He numbed me up and pulled the tooth slow and there was no breakage or pain. It is always hassle free when I use Ideal dental.

Had some tooth pain, and saw that I had a cracked tooth, I proceeded to look around for a dentist and saw that ideal dental had emergency appointments, i made one and was seen with in a few days. All the staff was friendly and helpful in getting me the care I needed. And since I didn’t have insurance told me about their dental plan and saved me money! You’ve earned a patient for life!

They worked wonderfully together and made me feel that they were trustworthy and would take great care of me. I felt more educated about my dental health than I have ever felt. Too often I feel belittled at the dentist, but Dr. Han and team were very compassionate and really helped me understand my situation better. Will recommend.

I had a crown break while I was at work and the Ideal Dental office that I normally go to was booked for the day, as was another in the area. I called this office and they were able to see me the same day thankfully. The dentist reattached the crown and I was done in about an hour and a half. I do recommend this office to others.

Service was wonderful last time I was here the office was under a different management which really pushed me to the point of not returning and changing providers all together but with the new manager and team the manager took care of all my previous issues now I’m leaving today happy and satisfied with everyone service starting the moment I walked in to check in . I was struggling big time this month trying to find a dental office that was trustworthy. From the moment I walked in the team was friendly and helpful. Another office was trying to charge me 2000 for a deep cleaning. Turns out I didn’t even need that. My hygienist was absolutely phenomenal as well as the dentist her self. Went in on December 23rd with No insurance for what I thought was a cracked Crown and discovered I had a cracked Crown and tooth.
They gave me information regarding dental insurance for $129 a year. Scheduled me for oral surgery on 12/28 to have the tooth extraction and possibly get implant.

Dr Seriki is the BEST! I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work and have not been to a dentist in 20 years. I only go when something is wrong. I must say, I’ve found a new dentist and I’m ready to get a few things fixed! The entire office was very understanding and talked me through the whole process. I’m so happy I gave Ideal Dental a try! The administration was kind and helpful. After waiting a short period, the dental hygienist(Vincent) took great care of me; he’s personable and provided me with health tips. Lastly, Dr. Seriki seems like she does not follow the industry status quo. She gives a one on one experience that provides one the eagerness to keep their teeth clean. Dr. Seriki professionalism and enlightenment is substantial. After second thought, my experience was a 10! THANK YOU!

While I have a dental treatment plan with another dental office, it is so difficult to get an appointment with them. I called Ideal Dental and spoke to “Ruth” a really sweet and attentive young lady who was able to get me a same day appointment to care for a root canal and cleaning. Dr. Seriki was fantastic and fast as well as her assistant who was also very good and professional. I only gave a 4 star rating to this 5 star service only because I believe there is always room for improvement. I don’t know where, but maybe price? Maybe parking? I’ll leave that to this office to discover.
