I am so thankful that this office was able to see me on short notice regarding a possible dental emergency. Though it turned out to be nothing, my experience from start to finish was amazing. Every staff member with which I interacted was not only professional, but very friendly – on a Saturday, no less.
The ease of requesting and confirming an appointment online was far superior to the headache I typically experience when booking with my previous office. I could not be happier to have found this location. -

At Ideal Dental Hutto, Dr. Mendez is congenial, friendly, conscientious, and thorough. He has a great chair side manner and a gentle touch. He is knowledgeable, concerned about patient comfort during procedures and exams, and compassionate. Hygienist Perla is professional, friendly, cheerful and always does a great job. They were able to see me last minute for an emergency on a Saturday and I got the prescriptions I needed for only $19 for the visit and $14 for the antibiotics and motrin. When no one else would see me, they were there to save the day. Thank you ideal dental!

My wife and I have both recently had dental work done at this location. The staff here is very friendly and really worked hard to accommodate our needs. On two different occasions they were able to get my wife in same day for serious dental pain and worked hard to resolve her issues.

Great staff, from the dentists, hygienists, technicians, and care coordinators at the front desk! I needed a lot of work done, this office helped me take care of my treatments as cost effectively as possible. If you don’t have dental insurance, ask them about your other options for payment. This office really made me feel like part of the family, from the initial patient intake, explanation of my plan of care, and fitting everything into my busy schedule. Thank you again everyone!

Wow! Wonderful experience! From Payton at the front desk to my wonderful hygienist, and especially Dr. Polster, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care and customer service here at the Hutto location.
Dr. Polster is smart, friendly, and genuine with her approach. She provided me with honest feedback around my concerns and you can tell she really cares about her practice and patients. I am so glad I chose to come to this location and actually don’t dread coming back for my treatment plan. Thank you to the team at this location for being all around awesome! -
