This office is extremely clean and the entire staff is very nice and welcoming. Paola, Liz, Urania and Dr. George are very sweet! Love coming to this office! They accept lots of insurances and even if you don’t have insurance they have amazing payment plan options available for anybody! Highly recommend!

The front office ladies were amazing very professional n sweet. Dr.Ike is 10 thumbs up had a great experience with him he was very gentle had minimal pain having a wisdom tooth removed n a temp.crown placed everyone was great! Very relaxing place. I absolutely love this Ideal Dental dental office. From Liz at the front desk to the dental assistants and the doctors, just amazing! I get wonderful treatment every single time I go in. Liz at the front desk is the best. She always has a smile and happy presence and is always willing to help with any questions that I have. Dr. George is amazing as well, she is informative on my teeth and gum health and answers all my questions throughly which I truly appreciate.
I will continue to come to this Ideal Dental off grand parkway and Morton rd. I even recommend my mom to come here. So if you’re looking for a dental office home, this is the one!

I moved to Katy earlier this year and was transferred from the Eldridge office. The Katy staff is very friendly and customer service oriented. They informed and educated me on things that I had never been told before regarding my insurance, warranties, and treatments. I really appreciated that and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. I’m looking forward to my bowl of Christmas gumbo that Ernest is making too!! ? ??

The staff at the katy Ideal Dental were amazing! Liz the Receptionist at the front desk was very welcoming. Stephanie the dental assitant and DDS George are the team to beat! They made me feel comfortable told me every step of what they were doing. Doctor George told me what should be done first and what could wait. They were great especially since it was a saturday and most would want to rush out to enjoy the weekend.

I’ve always hated going to the dentist because of past experiences as a kid. I am always made to feel comfortable and everyone is nice and professional. Even after moving further away I will still make the drive to come here for all my dental work. Also Ernest always has me laughing which helps me with my anxiety and Dr. George always has such a calming voice and explains everything which also helps. I really appreciate them ?

I came in on a Saturday and everything was great! The front receptionist was wonderful and nice. The dentist and hygienist both were very friendly and very informative and answered all the questions I had. Definitely will be coming back to the location on Morton Ranch and Grand Parkway.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office! The entire staff made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome here. I came in because I had a very bad bonding job done by another dentist the day before. I called Ideal Dental and told them what happened and they were able to see me the same day which was a huge relief. The dentist, Dr. George, was able to replace the bonding and she truly exceeded my expectations. She was very gentle, careful, and thorough. She made sure I was 100% happy with the work before I left. Dr. George did an AMAZING job on my teeth. I won’t be going anywhere else for my dental needs from now on. 10/10 all around!

Very friendly staff. Dentist always remembers me even when I don’t come in for 6 months. One thing that could be better is to receive a call stating what my appointment is for. They do send appointment reminders via text and email but that only covers date and time. Overall I really like this place and the pricing for things not covered by insurance seem pretty fair.
