Dr. Nihal Chowdhury is a dedicated dentist committed to providing comprehensive, high quality dental care with a focus on each patient’s individual needs. Having spent most of his life in Texas, Dr. Chowdhury earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Health from The University of Texas at Austin before receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry.
Dr. Chowdhury believes that building trusting relationships with patients is an important part of exceptional dental care. He takes pride in helping patients find relief from dental pain, restore their oral health, and achieve beautiful, confident smiles. His patient centered approach focuses on creating a comfortable experience while ensuring patients feel informed and involved in their care.
As a lifelong learner, Dr. Chowdhury is committed to staying current with the latest advancements, techniques, and technologies in dentistry. He continually expands his knowledge so he can provide modern, personalized treatment and deliver the highest quality of care to his patients.
Outside of the office, Dr. Chowdhury enjoys spending time with family and friends, creating artwork, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
For over a decade, Dr. Garrett Nelson has been practicing oral surgery in the DFW area. Dentistry is in his family as he is a fourth-generation dentist. Dr. Nelson’s brother is an orthodontist in the Houston area and his father continues to practice dentistry at 72 years of age. Dr. Nelson is committed to the delivery of the best oral surgery treatment and experience possible.Dr. Nelson’s clinical experience includes implant dentistry where he utilizes the very latest technology in planning and delivering the very best in clinical care.Dr. Nelson studied dentistry at UCLA and studied medicine at Texas Tech. He is a native of Los Angeles but came to Texas to settle down as his new home. He completed his Oral Surgery training at Baylor in Dallas and continues to serve the oral surgery program as an Associate Clinical Professor for over ten years. Many of the current dentists throughout Dallas were once his students.Dr. Nelson has four children and lives in Frisco where he enjoys golf, travel, snow skiing and serving his church and community. His newest hobby is running several half marathons a year with his wife, Rachel.

Dr Rangel embarked on his professional journey at Loyola University Chicago School of Dentistry in Chicago, Illinois where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Continuing his quest for excellence, he pursued further education at the prestigious University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine where he also taught dental students as an Associate Professor of Orthodontics. During this period he completed his residency and obtained a Master's Degree in Dental Science (MDS) in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Armed with extensive knowledge and experience, Dr Rangel specializes in handling complex orthodontic cases, consistently achieving outstanding results. Dr Rangel generously shared his knowledge and expertise as an Associate Professor at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry.
Dr Rangel enjoys his free time with his wife who's a Dentist and a Masters Degree Physician Assistant in the Dallas area and visiting their four sons who are in every coast of the country.
