I have used this dentist group for about 15 years now. I have always found the staff to be friendly. They are efficient and able to answer any questions I ever have. This time around they found an obscure hole where a filling is loosening from the tooth and starting to decay. Filling is over 20 years old. Luckily this has been caught early enough that no root canal is needed but rather a crown. Costs given up front. Need to wait a month to do crown. No pressure from staff to do the crown now. They completed my teeth cleaning and made appointment for next teeth cleaning and for crown in a month.

The office staff was so friendly and caring. The dentist was amazing. I had to have a couple teeth pulled he kept asking if I was ok while he was working on me and he was very gentle about pulling out the teeth he was very calm which helped keep me calm. I love this office and the people!! I went here to get a second opinion on some dental work. After speaking with the dentist we came up with a plan that was much more aligned with my goals and was half the price!! One thing I needed was to repair my upper denture (the other office recommended that I completely replace it). I came to drop it off expecting to be without it from Wednesday to Friday. They called me Wednesday at 3:30 to pick it up. Repairs were done perfectly!!! The people are super friendly and helpful. I recommend this office to all my family and friends.

1st visit. It went well. I signed up for their plan that included 2 cleans. Found out that I was not covered because my teeth were not perfect so I paid for the cleaning. For a crown I did expect a temp crown while waiting for the new one but they didn’t put one on and I asked about it twice. Said not necessary. But overall it was a good experience and hoping the new crown fitting goes ok.

The staff here was amazing! I was an emergency walk-in patient. The receptionist was professional and polite she got me signed in swiftly. I needed a tooth extraction, mind you I was terrified. The hygienist even played Beyonce for me per my request to ease my nerves. To my surprise I literally didn’t feel an ounce of pain and they encouraged me the entire procedure. For post care they carefully explained instructions to me and I felt relieved once I departed. Thank you Ideal Dental.
