I’m absolutely satisfied with the attention and care I received from all staff and the Dr. was so understanding and helpful, I feel like a lot of times people don’t want to go to dentist because they feel ashamed or scared of what the outcome may turn out to be. From the first interaction with Henry over the phone I knew I made the right choice to choose them to become my new dentist office. Secondly when I went in the same day both Henry & Kendra who is super bubbly were both so friendly and welcoming. After getting my x-rays and scans done very thoroughly Dr came in and she examined and took her time to explain my situation and my care plan. Which I appreciate so much because not once did she make me feel embarrassed for not caring for my teeth like I should have been. Thank you ideal dental staff and Dr for being such a wonderful team!

So I’m in Orlando for training when a large portion of one of my top teeth broke off. Not knowing how close the nerve was to being exposed, I figured that I needed to have it checked out. My hotel is close to Ideal Dental, so I decided to go there. Let me start by saying that their website allows you to make same day and next day appointments (as well as open on Saturdays), so that was extremely helpful! When I arrived, the office was immaculate. I was greeted by Vanessa, a super nice young lady at the front desk. I waited maybe three minutes before being called back. After x-rays and pictures of my teeth, Dr. Armas came in. She did an incredible and thorough job explaining my x-rays. She then did whatever procedure needed to be done and sent me on my way. To be honest, the entire experience was outstanding from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. I know that nobody ever looks forward to going to the dentist, but that will change if you go to Ideal Dental!! I just hope I have more dental problems next time I’m in town!!

The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely passionate about their work. I needed intensive gum cleaning that lasted months and recently got the go-ahead for Invisalign, and they celebrated with me! It was such a positive experience that I wholeheartedly recommend this place for top-notch care and service!

I was slightly hesitant to go here after reading some reviews but after seeding through others with the same sort of reviews this one seemed best, I will say I’ll 100% be coming back! I called to schedule a tooth pull for the same day, they got me in no issue, I arrive and wasn’t waiting long before they pulled me back to begin X-rays. The doctor came in to speak with me and he really relaxed and assured me of the process it would be and that he would be sure to make sure my mouth was super super numb before pulling the tooth. They did the first round of numbing and it caused very painful cold sensitivity feeling I pulled the nurse over and the doctor came by immediately to give a second round of numbing and didn’t leave me waiting. After that second numb I was waiting for about 10 mins the doc came by pulled my tooth within 15 mins it was out and stitched up he was assuring me the whole time because I was shaking and nervous (it didn’t hurt but you feel the pressure of tools etc and I was fearful that I might feel it) they didn’t try and upsell me on anything, the last dentist I went to was adamant on running me through Invisalign the cost what I would need etc.. after quoting me 5k to just fix my teeth. This place did the work I came in didn’t berate me about the quality and state of my teeth and just got the issue out! Now I don’t feel so nervous or embarrassed to actually fix the issues I have. My last dentist really made me just not wanna deal with the issues because it felt like I was being bullied over MY teeth.

Monica was so helpful with my busy schedule to make sure I got appointments that worked with me and has great patient communication, Dr. Pitts was so kind and thorough with her exam and does a great job communicating with patients to make sure they are comfortable! She also did a fantastic job replacing one of my broken fillings and trust her to repair any of my others! I can’t forget Ms. Cherita and Ms. Shemeka at the front! I’ve been going here for the last 6ish months and Ideal Dental will always be my preferred dentist in Austin. I’ve lived here for 6 years and have had a difficult time finding a practice that meets my needs. I am always seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time and I always get text and phone call reminders of appointments. I have been seen by Dr. Dietrich for my last 2 exams and she always takes the time to check if I have any questions.

I haven’t been to the dentist in 4 years bc of my past experience with other dentists and I have been terrified since, today I was forced to go due to a pain I had, my mom referred me to this place…..AN MY MOMMA WAS RIGHT….THIS DOCTOR WAS AMAZING!! She was gentle, caring and the best of all, SHE TOOK HER TIME!! The staff made me feel confortable and the doctor made sure that I was ok by constantly asking me during my procedure if I was ok!
