I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ayyash and her staff. As someone who had avoided the dentist for over 20 years they where there when I desperately needed one. They where able to get me in unexpectedly on a Saturday afternoon and took amazing care of me. Tiana, the receptionist, is the most amazing person you will ever meet! Brandon, the dental assistant was very gentle, thorough, and personable. Then Dr. Ayyash took her time to listen to my problems and concerns. She explained everything that I needed done in depth in a way I could understand and was able to work me in and get me out of a lot of pain. I will definitely be back!!

I went to the dentist to get a root canal and a temporary crown. By the time I got home my temporary crown fell off. The clinic was closed a d wouldn’t open until Monday. Fortunately, Ideal Dental Cibolo was open and I was able to get my temporary put back on with no issues. The staff was very friendly and the dentist and technician took me in right away.

I came in on a Saturday and everything was great! The front receptionist was wonderful and nice. The dentist and hygienist both were very friendly and very informative and answered all the questions I had. Definitely will be coming back to the location on Morton Ranch and Grand Parkway.

Soo first off let me say I don’t like dentist after past bad experiences… This dental office was awesome ?, all the staff was professional, personable, and welcoming. The dentist did a great job observing any discomfort I had and adjusted his work accordingly, addressed reasons for concerns I have with sensitivity, gave me a plan of action that is attainable. Most importantly they informed me my teeth are in good health and here to stay?

Best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office! The entire staff made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome here. I came in because I had a very bad bonding job done by another dentist the day before. I called Ideal Dental and told them what happened and they were able to see me the same day which was a huge relief. The dentist, Dr. George, was able to replace the bonding and she truly exceeded my expectations. She was very gentle, careful, and thorough. She made sure I was 100% happy with the work before I left. Dr. George did an AMAZING job on my teeth. I won’t be going anywhere else for my dental needs from now on. 10/10 all around!

I had a bad experience from previous dental work so I am pretty concerned about where I decide to get my dental work done. I ended up having to get a root canal and they were able to work with me, a college student, on financing and get me in that minute. Sarah, Shan, Dr. Walker, and Dr. Singh made sure I felt safe and let me ask as many questions as I needed. As somebody with pretty severe anxiety, they made sure I felt informed and comfortable with my decisions. They took pictures of my teeth and showed me what they were talking about. I will be going to Ideal Dental for all of my needs from now on. Dr. Walker, the sweetest person alive, called me the next day to check on me and make sure I was feeling okay. They truly make sure you feel like their favorite patient.

Amazing! I have had horrible tooth pain. The CHC clinic said they can’t get me in till the 25th to pull a tooth and then I’d have to make another appointment for the pain in my other tooth.
I went to Ideal dental today and they will get me in tomorrow for EVERYTHING at one time! Very kind and friendly. They also have a discount program! This is now the only dentist I will go to! Thank you Ideal Dental for providing amazing dental care! See you tomorrow.

This week, on a rather glorious morning, my front cap loosened then fell out, not from an apple bite, however. It was Ideal Dentistry in UP that was able to see me “asap” and I feel so fortunate as the procedure was not as simple as recementing the cap, part of the remaining tooth had broken off. The receptionist, assistant and dentist are professional, caring, skilled and problem solvers. The office is new and well equipped, adding to my confidence and comfort. I left with a temporary cap, fitting perfectly, and a date for my permanent cap in a few weeks. Again, I am so thankful each of the staff and their care.

Great practice! On my first encounter I was greeted with smiles which instantly made me feel home. They had me schedule the same day with no hesitation. What stood out the most was the dental assist Jari, she knew exactly what she was doing from my xrays to my cleanings. I was petrified in that chair but she took her time to explain every step of the treatment making me feel relaxed. Dr. Cyriac was very thorough as well elaborating on the recommendations and follow up. I recommend this practice to all.

Going to the dentist has typically been a negative experience for me, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The building and staff are very inviting and clean. I received excellent service from the Dr and staff, using top of the line dental equipment. The location is in a well established area of East Dallas (close to White Rock Lake) and I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking a local dentist!
