My first visit and they did not disappoint. It’s sounds small but I knew they would be great when I walked in and they started up a convo with me. Everyone I encountered was very accommodating. I am high anxiety and they had no problem pausing to give me a break when I needed to calm my nerves! I have quite a bit to get done and I’m at ease since I had such a good first experience. My husband will be going next.

I had an amazing experience with Ideal Dental.
Dana the assistant was great! She was professional and made me feel very comfortable. Teresa the hygienist was very informative and cared about me and my teeth. I liked her and appreciated everything she said. Dr. Pinckney, I chose personally, from my insurance and She did not disappoint! I was highly satisfied! Ashley the financial specialist was great as well very helpful and provided me with no pressure options, so that I could get everything that I needed done. Nicole was cool, as well, I believe she was another assistant. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Ideal Dental – Pearland and with this awesome team of ladies!!! -

I’ve had extensive dental work done by many dentists (cavities, crowns, root canals, and extractions) over the last 20 years and Ideal dental on Pearland Parkway has been my favorite by far. I have been coming here for years and I would recommend this specific Ideal Dental location to anyone who needs dental work done.

Truly amazing, probably the best experience I’ve had at the dentist ever. Everyone was so kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. From the receptionist, X-ray techs, dental hygienist, and Dr. P they all knew what they were doing. They answered all my questions and suggested some treatments for my teeth. The suggestions didn’t even feel like they were just trying to sell me something but felt like they were genuinely concerned!
Happy to have found my new local dentist!

Mrs Teresa my Hygienist is so awesome.
She has terrific bedside manners and she knows what she is doing. She is very genuine and you can feel it. I recommend everyone to experience her professionalism. I have already referred my family and friends to her. I am a huge baby when it comes to my mouth and she always takes good care of me. I love the fact she talks to throughout our visit together. It really calms me down. Mrs. Teresa is awesome sauce!!! -
