I went in with tooth pain and was told I needed a root canal. Immediately panicked and was in tears. Dr. Pinckney explained everything and eased my fears with her knowledge and pleasant demeanor. The whole process for the root canal was just about a little over an hour. HIGHLY IMPRESSED with Dr. Pinckney and will be returning for future needs. I hate that I don’t remember the woman’s name who explained the costs and treatment plan to me but she also was a gem! Also very pleasant to speak with and knowledgeable. My entire experience was above expectations. The clinic and staff as a whole was top notch.

My cleaning was great and very time efficient. The cavities were filled seamlessly. Every employee was professional and had very informative conversation. My experience here at Ideal Dental Pearland was absolutely wonderful! I will drive miles & across town just to come & see them! The staff is so kind, sweet, & most importantly knowledgeable! Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Dana, and let me just say Dana is nothing short of amazingggg!!!! Dana made sure I was comfortable & being properly cared for. She was also very knowledgeable about everything I inquired about. Not only was she amazing but she also made sure i understood what was going on & took time to explain things to me in laymans terms lol. Dana & the rest of the staff made my experience here at Ideal Dental Pearland great! (as always). I look foward to visiting again! I am always terrified when I have to have dental work done. I have to say this has been my absolute BEST experience ever! I needed two root canals. Dana was AMAZING. I am deaf and she was so patient and explained everything thoroughly. She took time to make me comfortable and relaxed. Dr Pinckney was incredible! She allowed plenty of time for my gums to be numb before proceeding. Dr Pinckney is very talented and efficient. She has a wonderful personality and knows her job well. Both of these ladies really know their craft! I am truly grateful that I found such caring individuals. I HIGHLY recommend these two for any of your dental needs.

I had a great experience here at ideal dental! Loved Dr Pinckneys explanation on work I needed done from cavities to cosmetics procedure I’m looking into myself for my smile. I was very happy with my smile after my work was done she is the best. Her staff was able to help me financially bye eatin me up in payments plans that have never been presented to me by any other dental offices. I was hesitant from previous reviews with quotes such as Scamming but to each person of their own Ideal dental Pearland is far away from a SCAM. My experience with Ideal Dental and their staff was exceptional!
I recently came to their office in need of a root canal. Dana explained the process to me and ensured I was in good hands. She was very professional and made sure I felt comfortable. Ashley was so friendly and explained exactly what the cost of my services would be, down the dime.
Dr. Pinckney was great! She made sure I was in no pain and advised that if I have any discomfort to let her know.
All in all, I loved my experience here! I even referred my sister here and she also appreciated their kindness and professionalism.

I love it here!!! The staff is so friendly and I love that my dentist and hygienist are black women and women of color. The front desk receptionist Ashley and Crystal are awesome, and will work with you to ensure that you have a treatment plan that is affordable. Also love the payment plans that are offered if you cannot afford to pay the entire costs of treatment. If you are looking for a good dentist office , I would definitely recommend coming here!

By far this was the best dental experience that I have had in years. I was so afraid to go to the dentist and tried to avoid it as much as possible. However, everyone was extraordinary. They are the true definition of care and compassion. Ashley was so helpful and warm. Theresa is absolutely amazing, she eased all my anxiety. Can’t believe I’m actually excited about my next dental visit. Moreover, they are open on Saturdays.

The staff is wonderful and very attentive. They are knowledgeable and accommodating as well. If you need to be seen on a certain day or date range, they will work with you to get you in if at all possible. The customer service is exceptional and everyone in the office is very friendly. I have had some negative experiences with other dental offices, but have never had issues here. Highly recommend!

OH MY GOODNESS!! This office has the most amazing staff. From the front office to the back staff, every single employee made me feel welcome and comfortable. The two assistants in the back Dana and Nicole..they were so cheerful and well versed in educating me in my treatment. Dr.Pinckney is so gentle and made my dental experience super easy. Teresa the hygienist left my teeth feeling so clean and fresh! She also gave me some great tips on keeping my oral hygiene in check. They are such a clean office and use all the latest tech to ensure you have the best dental experience possible! Will definitely be coming back here for any future work. I love my new dental family!!

I spent a lot of time trying to decide between different dentist offices for my wife and I and finally chose this one and I’m definitely glad I did. Right off the bat the receptionist checked my wife in and was even able to help me figure out my insurance after having some problems which was SO SO helpful!! My wife and I came for initial exams and the whole process was so quick and all the ladies in the office made sure to explain everything every step of the way. Honestly I’m personally just so thankful for everyone in the office today because my wife hadn’t been to a dentist in many years and was nervous but everyone made her feel comfortable which was the most important thing for me. Overall really happy with our visit today and the fact that there wasn’t any ridiculous wait time is a huge plus!!
