For over a decade, Dr. Garrett Nelson has been practicing oral surgery in the DFW area. Dentistry is in his family as he is a fourth-generation dentist. Dr. Nelson’s brother is an orthodontist in the Houston area and his father continues to practice dentistry at 72 years of age. Dr. Nelson is committed to the delivery of the best oral surgery treatment and experience possible.Dr. Nelson’s clinical experience includes implant dentistry where he utilizes the very latest technology in planning and delivering the very best in clinical care.Dr. Nelson studied dentistry at UCLA and studied medicine at Texas Tech. He is a native of Los Angeles but came to Texas to settle down as his new home. He completed his Oral Surgery training at Baylor in Dallas and continues to serve the oral surgery program as an Associate Clinical Professor for over ten years. Many of the current dentists throughout Dallas were once his students.Dr. Nelson has four children and lives in Frisco where he enjoys golf, travel, snow skiing and serving his church and community. His newest hobby is running several half marathons a year with his wife, Rachel.
Dr. Ali, DDS is a dedicated general dentist with more than 10 years of international dental experience. She began her dental career abroad before relocating to the United States to continue pursuing her passion for dentistry and advanced patient care. Her global background allows her to bring a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective to modern dental treatment.
Dr. Ali further developed her clinical expertise by completing a postgraduate residency program at the University at Buffalo, where she earned an Advanced Certificate and a Master of Oral Sciences. Her advanced education supports her ability to provide high-quality, evidence-based dental care focused on long-term oral health.
At the heart of Dr. Ali’s philosophy is creating a positive patient experience. She prioritizes building trusting relationships, listening carefully to patient concerns, and helping each individual feel comfortable and confident throughout their dental journey. Outside the office, Dr. Ali enjoys spending time with her family and friends, sharing meals, watching movies, and appreciating meaningful moments together.
Dr. Tony Tran was born and raised in sunny Southern California. He attended University of California, Santa Barbara for his undergraduate studies in biochemistry and continued on to study dentistry and graduating with honors at Temple University. Throughout dental school, he made tremendous efforts and provided exceptional dental care to the underserved community of Philadelphia and continues to do so through community outreach efforts. Dr. Tran’s philosophy includes providing compassionate and comprehensive dental care for patients, educating them on best oral health care practices that empower them to improve their self-confidence, build connections, and maintain a high quality of life. Since dentistry is constantly evolving with new advancements, he firmly believes that providing exceptional evidence-based dental care requires continuing education. He always strives to ensure his patient’s experience is both positive and productive and that they all leave with a smile. Outside of the office, Dr. Tran enjoys spending quality time with his family, friends and his furry friend, Leo. He loves to explore other cultures and cuisines, whether through traveling or just by grabbing a bite at the restaurant down the street.

Dr. Nedda Hifeda’s outstanding clinical skills and combined with unique dental research experience using the most advanced technology in Endodontics, led her to be increasingly recognized as a clinician and researcher.
Dr. Nedda Hifeda attended Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry. She also decided to pursue her dream of becoming an Endodontist by completing a two-year Postgraduate Endodontic Specialty Residency. Dr. Hifeda’s priority is to provide the best quality care to all her guests in the most comfortable environment using her unique training in the field.
Outside of the office, Dr. Nedda Hifeda loves to spend time with her husband and four children. As a family, they enjoy baking, watching movies, and playing at the park.
