I’ve been going here for the last 6ish months and Ideal Dental will always be my preferred dentist in Austin. I’ve lived here for 6 years and have had a difficult time finding a practice that meets my needs. I am always seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time and I always get text and phone call reminders of appointments. I have been seen by Dr. Dietrich for my last 2 exams and she always takes the time to check if I have any questions.

I am visiting my daughter who is hospitalized here for an extended stay, and I needed an emergency dentist. I didn’t know what dentist to pick, and daughter too ill to recommend anyone. The website said they had Saturday calling hours. Everyone here is so kind and professional. An emergency extraction had to be performed, and the dentist kindly took me as a walk-in. I know it disrupted her schedule, but she was very considerate and managed to fit me in. I can’t recommend this practice enough, they were fabulous!

We were sad to see Dr. Davis leave because we really enjoyed him, but we’ve had really positive experiences with Dr. Dietrich since she’s taken over. She’s very considerate and thorough, really taking the time to go over the details with each patient and help them understand the treatment she’s recommending.

Hadn’t been to a dentist in a very long time, glad I choose Ideal to get started with restoration. They were great with communication prior to the appointment (pre-filling forms, verifying insurance etc) which made check in super smooth. Exam was comprehensive, and the equipment seemed new and fancy. Lots of opportunity to ask questions, never felt shamed for my poor dental condition.
At check out-they were ready with a phased treatment plan and potential financial impacts, all very straightforward. No complaints, would absolutely recommend. -

This place is great! I had a really bad experience as a child which left me with PTSD, However the staff here helped me with my issues. Had 3 wisdom teeth extracted and didn’t have a single problem. I highly recommend this place for your dental needs.

I was late to the morning appointment and they were very understanding. First dentist appointment ever where the dentist actually did some of the cleaning! Interesting mouth camera that makes a 3D render of your teeth. Super quick and helpful. Sounds like free teeth whitening but have not taken advantage of that yet.

Couple of the things I appreciate the most here at Ideal Dental South Lamar is their friendly service and timeliness for their clientele. I often try to schedule around lunch breaks or early in the AM so that I don’t have to take much time from work. I’m almost always able to get in and get out and back on to my workday and I appreciate them for this.

I didn’t have long to wait on a Saturday (granted Austin is also in stage 5 Covid). All the personnel were accommodating to my comfort needs. The cleaning (and cavity-fixing) services were fairly comprehensive. I’d go back again in 6mo ?

Everyone at Brush 32 was great. I was having issues with my insurance the first visit and they were kind enough to offer to dig into my insurance to make sure my insurance would cover my treatment plan. I was able to figure it out and they have been so kind since my first visit. The doctor, techs, and hygienist have also been very kind and have cared for my teeth very well. I am very happy to have found a great dentist office within walking distance from my home.

I’ve visited this location twice; once for a cleaning and another time for 2 fillings. They make the process easy and actually enjoyable! I’m never left waiting in the lobby for too long (5 minutes maximum), the assistants and dentists are very friendly, and the facilities are modernized and clean. The staff are informative, gentle, and kind – which is exactly what you’d want in a dentist office.

I had a great experience from start to finish at Brush 32 today. I need the reminders that they send and I always know that they will be timely, and they were. Also very courteous, professional, friendly, and I even got to watch Disney Plus while having my teeth cleaned! I have nothing but good things to say about Brush 32 and the best that I can go there on Saturdays, which means I don’t need to take time off of work!
