Ideal Dental in Sunnyvale was amazing! My daughter has bad anxiety & it was hard just getting her in the office.
Dr Rodriguez, Liz, America & Nayelli were awesome! They explained every single step, asked continuesly if she was ok, talked about her boy bands & even held her hand through the process! Giselle, is a wonderful the Lead Assistant is wonderful and I will love to have her every time I visit. Dr. Tran was patient with me because I have very bad anxiety when I have to come to the Dentist. The hole staff is wonderful as soon as you come through the door. I thank God for each and every one of you and after searching for so many years, I have found the best place to be when it comes to Dental Care. Again, thank you for all you do ?

Great doctors, great service! They accommodated my request to combine 2 procedures in the same visit and I even got an appointment on a holiday.
The only thing, I wish they were more transparent with the pricing. I didn’t need to come in first to see the cost, I could’ve been told over the phone in advance but I was denied that request even though I was very specific with what I needed.
Anyway, it was a bit pricy but not outrageously and with all of the benefits of the above I found it worthwhile.

I went with my fiancee, Pete today. He had a very pleasant experience despite having to have surgery. The nurse, Yami was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Rodriguez was very friendly, caring and efficient. He made sure Pete was comfortable during the whole procedure. We also met Michelle from the front desk. She was also friendly and knowledgeable. We were both impressed with the little time we had to wait and the atmosphere of this busy but well run dental office.

If you’re looking for top notch dental care, look no more. YOU’VE ARRIVED HONEY!! I needed some extensive dental work, I’ve never been so excited to go to the dentist until 2015, the first time I stepped into SunnyVale Smiles, formerly. The staff is so amazing I look forward to speaking with America, everytime I call, who was off today?. Dana is My Shero!, I met a new friend today named Q, she is new to Dallas, but, not the art of dental assisting though. Q & .Dr. Tran had a rythm and flow as though they’d worked together for years. Q made my periodontal pampering all Worth while. Dana from the moment we spoke was reminiscent of a childhood friend, we jelled effortlessly. That made me made me want to give her my money.?Rebecca and Liz are my favorites too so pleasant. I’m looking forward to my f/u.

I chipped my tooth and called and was able to get a same day appointment. From the moment I walked in, I was taken care of! The front desk ladies were all very polite, the wait time was very short and the care received was nothing short of amazing! They emailed me all of the paperwork prior to my appointment time so my visit went by smoothly. The young lady Chyna took care of my x-rays and got me set up in the back, Dr. Mugi was very detailed and informative. He made sure that he explained everything and was prepared to answer any questions I had. Dana took care of my insurance/financial information and she was extremely polite! When I was approved for financing, I cried and she showed so much empathy! I will definitely be coming back here from now on! The overall office is beautiful and full of beautiful people! They definitely made my Mothers Day by giving me smile back!

The BEST experience! I was scheduled on the wrong date on accident and it showed that I didn’t have an appointment. Dana at the front was determined to help, and she really was such a huge help! Dr. Tran and his team of professionals were ALL so nice and did EVERYTHING to make it right. I was seen right away and at the same time experienced excellent customer service. When they say “how can I make you smile”, they really mean it!

This was such a great experience under horrible circumstances. For the first time in my 30 years of living I was experiencing tooth pain, who knew this would be worst them baring a child !! I was referred to Dr, Waren Rodriguez! From the time I walk in there the ladies at the front desk were so caring, tentative, understanding and amazing to say the least!! Dr. Rodriguez came in and answered all my questions and help me through the whole process , despite my slurring and tears. He made the process easy and gave me hope that it was only temporary. I absolutely can’t thank him enough for helping me through this! If you are having any tooth pains, issues please go see him!!

I have recently got braces ? going on a year and a few months, I am very pleased with how my teeth are becoming straight!
Patrick is such a wonderful technician and is very gentle and always makes sure I am not leaving the office with wires poking. My orthodontist is also amazing, he always makes sure I have all my questions answered and understand my treatment. Brooke recently cleaned my teeth and she was very gentle and is the best at what she does! It is not easy cleaning teeth with braces on! Just a wonderful experience.
