THIS IS THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO in all my years. I called and was so blessed to have spoken to Moana!!! She was incredible and the sweetest!!! I had chipped a tooth right before the holidays and was so upset!. Our conversation made me feel so at ease. I’m so grateful to have had her on the the other end of the line.She got me in for an appointment the next day and was taken care of by their awesome staff!! All was taken care of. Just had my appointment at the Alamo Ranch Culebra location and all I can say is, “This location is the BEST!” Angela and Mona are simply wonderful at the front desk. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Everyone is super sweet and they really go out of their way to take care of you. I have been coming here for one year and am so thrilled that I found this team to take care of my dental needs. Thank you all for being so AWESOME.

We’ve always had amazing experiences here. The dentist and assistants are very nice and explain everything they are doing in plain English. The front of house staff are very nice, communicative around appointments and insurance, and flexible. They know all of their customers by face – as you’re walking up they’re already checking you in for your appointment and greet you by name. They work well with insurance providers and the out of pocket rates always seem fair.

What a Journey!!!
My experience with Dr. Baez and his wonderful staff at Ideal Dental was beyond what I expected!!
I underwent an extensive dental restoration process that from the beginning I was extremely nervous and unsure. From the moment I walked into the office everything felt right! I spent over 5 hours at my first visit and everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
The results of this long awaited process has brought me such happiness..MY SMILE IS BACK ???
Dr. Baez and his staff made me feel truly as a patient should feel, listened to, cared for and part of a special family!!! Highly, Highly recommend ???????? -

Went in to take care of some dental work for my kid who hadn’t told me he was in more pain than he actually was. The two procedures he needed were a bit more than I could at the time, but both of the wonderful ladies that work at the front help out to get him taken care of. Thank you to Mona and Angela for being super helpful and bending over backwards to get my kid taken care of and thank you Dr. Baez and Zakigan in the back for making my kid’s experience a smooth one. He was very nervous and anxious at first but they made the whole process easy and as painless as possible. Great service and extremely awesome people who do care about your dental health.
