What is there not to love! I’ve been coming here for the past 4-5 years and I’ve experienced nothing less of the best treatment I’ve ever had at any dentist. Deep cleanings, root canal, implant, crowns and a bridge! And the best part is the front desk ladies! They work with me and my insurance even when I had NO INSURANCE they are truly patient and kind and want the best for their patients.

This was my first time coming here and will absolutely come again! Angela helped me settle some issues with my insurance that my employer messed up on. She and Mona kept me calm and made the process a lot easier with getting seen by a dentist. Zakiyah was nice and gentle with my teeth which was great! was really relaxed with her and she was quick! Overall enjoyed everyone there and would recommend others to visit!

I just love this location. I forgot the young ladys name but her energy is 100% and I love it! I’m not a morning person and my appt was in the morning and I left so energized and great. Dentist was informative and answered my questions with more than one options. Also loved the detail.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 10 years due to severe dental anxiety. However, I had to give in due to some mouth pain and sensitivities that popped up about a week ago. I looked thru my insurance and found Ideal Dental. My 11yo daughter also goes there and loves it, so I thought I’d give it a try.
I made my appointment online the night before for the next day at 8am. I had had an appointment prior but had to miss it due to me being sick. I had filled out all the paperwork then…or so I thought. So, I filled it all out again.
The wait was short. The front desk guy, Jesus was so nice! Then, I am pulled back, shaking, severe anxiety only to be told I need to cover over $1500 today. 😳😳😳 Jesus was nice enough to give me multiple financing options to help me pay. If one didn’t work, he’d send me the link for the other one, which I found odd, but whatever. Once I’m back in the chair, an angel came to me…her name was Vicki, and she was my dental assistant. She said she’s been doing it for 42 years!! I told her everything. I never felt judged or criticized. Vicki offered to hold my hand, she rubbed my arm when he was shooting up my mouth with lidocaine, and continued to ask me if I was ok thru out the procedure. She was patient, compassionate, conscientious, and just all around nice. The calm aura she has is AMAZING! I felt calm for the first time in a dentist office, and I’m 50! (I have had to have Ativan in the past!) She kept me updates on everything going on behind the scenes. Vicki is amazing, and I told her she was stuck with me from now on!
My experience was good. After reading back thru all the reviews, I now wonder if they WAY overcharged me, but it was totally worth it!

My oral hygienist, Zakiah did a wonderful and highly professional job during my visit. The reception staff are very friendly and professional as is the finance person and the Dentist. I also liked the oral surgeon who did work on my implant. He accomplished his job in a pain free manner for me.

It was our first time visiting the Culebra location and we had a wonderful experience. Moses assisted us in the exam room and he was very friendly and personable. The doctor was also very nice and answered all of my questions, and spoke to my daughter, who was having a root canal done that morning, which made her feel more comfortable. The lady in the front, Angela was also wonderful! She was very personable, helpful, And I love how she knew some of the patients names. I definitely plan to return to this location going forward. Thank you to all of the staff For a wonderful experience!

Clean offices with amazing care. The surgeon was very attentive to my concerns and anxiety. I’ve had horrible experience with other dentists in this region and ideal dental is the opposite! Friendly people.
Was referred here under a workers comp accident and they got right down to business. They didn’t try to set up a complete plan for the entire mouth, they identified the teeth that were affected from the accident and are working to set a plan in motion to fix them.

What a positive experience! Very friendly, proactive, and helpful staff. The office manager Mona was very personable, the Billing Coordinator made all the arrangements before my appt to make sure no surprise bills would occur, and the Dental Hygienist Zakiyah made a point to prevent any discomfort during the cleaning. The Dentist was also very thorough in his exam, I appreciate that he screened using multiple methods for cancer in my oral cavity and in my neck and face.
I am thoroughly impressed and I feel happy to have gone to this dental office. I also appreciate the use of newer technology for a more comprehensive and modern experience to my dental health care. We will be moving our whole family to visit this Ideal Dental clinic on Culebra!
