The best dental office I have ever been to! They did a comprehensive screening and talked me through my every concern with my teeth. Overall wonderful visit, we entered into a clean and welcoming lobby area. It felt like a vibrate modern living room of a model home. Unfortunately I was there for emergency tooth pain of a relative but I appreciated the call prior to the scheduled time to get us in sooner if possible. Check in process was seamless due to completing new patient forms online prior. We already confirmed being in network from our insurance provider prior to scheduling an appointment (highly recommend so you aren’t frustrated at the wrong people). In general the team provided a great experience, everyone was so kind, informative, and judgement free. Dr. Egbuson did a great job and I was so impressed I plan to schedule myself and child soon to establish us as new patients as well. If you are thinking about visiting this location, I highly recommended them. I became aware of this location simply by being in the area, I’m so glad I did.

Friendly and knowledgeable dentist. Had a dry socket from a tooth that had been pulled elsewhere. They did the correct thing by taking an X-ray. Cleaned out the pocket and placed gel packing the hole, to reduce the trauma going on. Had no appointment. They allowed me onto the schedule for the day, as soon as possible. Wonderful experience!

I felt very comfortable and at ease and the entire staff were super nice and attentive. They explained everything that needed to get done very well and with good detail explanation. The dentist himself was very gentle on doing my 2 fillings and was constantly asking if I was ok. Overall this was an easy peasy visit that I truly experienced. The staff was quick to greet me with a smile and were pleasant to communicate with. The newest of technologies used to take xrays and document the health of my mouth impressive, quick, and pain free. Dr. John Kim was also friendly, pleasant and caring. He took plenty of time to review my situation and thoroughly explained things in an understanding way. He gave me the opportunity to ask questions and took the time to provide thorough responses. Dr. Kim provided multiple options for treatment moving forward.

I havent been to a dentist in a long time so I expected to be really uncomfortable. I went in to have a moler extracted and I was a little nervous but it was a great experience. Everything was good from the front desk to the dental assistant and dentist. The dentist was talking to me to keep me comfortable but unfortunately my mouth was numb so I really couldn’t talk to much. Lol. I highly recommend this place and plan on returning for a cleaning soon.

My 90 year old mom broke off her front tooth. Her dentist wanted 2-3k to crown them. Seemed expensive. So we called her insurance about coverage and options. They recommended IdealDental. Mom was able to get the tooth filled for 144$. Big difference in price and it’s guaranteed to last 5 years. Great experience at Ideal Dental.
