You will not find a friendlier staff than they have at this location! I feel very welcome every time I come into this location. Everyone is very nice and customer service oriented.
The only suggestion I would give them is to FULLY COMMUNICATE, up front, how long it takes to have work sent out, fixed, and then returned. I was told one thing and ended up waiting 2 to 3 times longer to have my issue resolved. This was very disappointing.
Under promise, Over deliver is much better than Over Promise, Under Deliver.
This was not a deal breaker for me. I will continue to use this place for all of my dental needs. -

Amazing dental office! I have never been to a dental office that made me feel so welcome, so well informed with great service on top of it! You almost instantly feel the team work and the united ambiance once your in the back it’s like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. I started with an assistant named Shelby she took my x Ray pictures and repeatedly checked on me when I was waiting. Doctor Steele followed and she was so sweet and guided my decision by just being very honest, I didn’t feel like they were trying to price gouge. Dentists are not cheap but they offer their own discount plan for the year so it made things more realistic and affordable. I received a deep cleaning from Janet that lasted an hour, she was social and made the experience fun. She explained the process to me and showed SO MUCH PASSION in her career. I’m still waiting on a filling for a chipped tooth but my experience has been so amazing I couldn’t wait to write a review!

This was a pleasant dental experience. The front desk personnel was welcoming and greeted me promptly.
The Xray technican was through in taking my xrays. The dentist examined me and was very through in her explanation of what course of action should be taken. She answered all of my questions and I didn’t get the feeling she was rushing to get to the next patient.

All of the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. My family has only been in the area for about three years and we visited four other dentists prior to covid and weren’t happy. The Doctor here was very gentle, really listened to my needs and explained things very thoroughly. As a high anxiety patient, I felt really comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Went in to the dentist for the first time in over 10 yrs. The staff was very friendly and although I went to the wrong location they still took me in immediately and knocked out exam, x-rays, cavity fillings and deep cleaning all within a few hours.

My schedule doesn’t allow for weekday visits so their Saturday hours are so convenient! My tooth broke, around 1:30pm and I was able to get in the same day to have a crown put in at 2:15pm.
I drove from work 35 minutes to make the appointment and was not disappointed at all. Everyone there was so helpful especially Lindsay.

Dr. Ambreen Nizami is perhaps the best, most compassionate dentist in the metroplex. She has excellent bedside manner and is always very warm, kind, and really takes the time to not only listen but to provide helpful answers in order to go about the best possible treatment. She will be my dentist for life.
The staff is also extraordinary. Jayna goes above and beyond to help make sure that financing options are offered and thoroughly explained because she genuinely cares and wants to help patients get the treatment that they need.
Not only would I recommend this practice to family, friends, and neighbors but I would honestly recommend going to this practice exclusively. 10 out of 10!
