THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE! Dr. Seirki and her staff made me feel like family, very friendly environment! Booking an appointment was seamless and the reception team is absolutely amazing, and they were able to get me in as a new patient quickly with their flexible appointment availability. The dental hygienists and the staff are highly-trained, efficient and really take their time cleaning your teeth. I never felt rush.
DR. SEIRKI IS A PHENOMENAL DENTIST! Very thorough and personable, comes highly educated, with the dental expertise to match. Before we started on my teeth, she listened to my concerns, asked me what type of care I wanted to received, reviewed my scans with me and involved my input in every step of the care experience. I have some problem areas I wanted to correct and I am starting my Invisalign journey with her as well! I am so glad I was recommended to this office

I had the BEST experience at Ideal Dental Waterside. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 20 years. Terrified was an understatement. I set up my appt through their text option. Oddly enough that did take a lot of the stress out of getting it done. I showed up for my appt ahead of time and from entrance to exit I was in the best of care. The receptionist, the assistants, the dentist were all SO wonderful. Encouraging, kind, just plain wonderful. I knew I needed a lot of work. There was no judgment, they went to work! Put a plan into action and started my treatment same day. If you need work done or your just scared of seeing a dentist- book with Ideal Dental Waterside. They are top notch.

Lovely and encouraging! Dr. Seriki was wonderful and even though my procedure was more involved than I would have ever guessed, she gave me progress reports and encouraged me throughout.
I hadn’t been to get a checkup in over a year because of COVID. Finally going was important too, and everyone took the safety protocols seriously. For the first time in my life, I’m looking forward to going back. Thank you to the whole team for their care. -

Love this place Dr.Phan is amazing great work attention to detail is impeccable. I had given up on dentist all together after my previous one meesed up. Amazing place. I dread going to the dentist, usually because I have to get a deep cleaning and it hurts so much! This place however, changed the way I feel about going. I did get a deep cleaning, but they numb all patients before that procedure. Dr. C isAMAZING!!! I honestly can say I have never had an experience like this one! Not to mention David and Bridget were awesome too, he was my hygienist and she was recptionist, who also went over billing and insurance coverage with me. From the beginning of scheduling and the end I am in fact utterly amazed of the customer service and how caring everyone is! I will be referring everyone there for now on and will change my family’s dentist as well!

As someone who has bad anxiety about being at the dentist, this was such a pleasant experience! The whole staff deserves to be recognized for making this place so wonderful!! Angela & Ruth at the front desk were so pleasant and welcoming, embodying service with a smile. Norma took my X-rays and was very sweet the whole time. Vincent was such a great hygienist, & the few times I did get anxious, he paused to let me get myself together. Dr. Seriki was very kind and patient and went over my xrays in a way I could understand and answered all of my questions. I’m not sure how an office was able to have such an amazing staff, but I’m glad I was serviced here! Overall this was a wonderful experience I will definitely be back!

Had an emergency visit this morning after being up all night with an infected crown. From the wonderful young ladies who met me at the front, to the awesome gal who helped me chairside and took xrays, to the doctor himself who had a great sense of humor, I am thrilled to have found this place.
I literally cried all night, and in the office, with a degree of pain I didnt think was possible to not pass out from. I have two weeks before I get a full upper denture, and hoped all would be OK until then. Unfortunately, it was not to be, and I suffered horrible pain I could not escape from for over 14 hours. I found Ideal Dental online, and drove 38 miles to get there for when they opened.
They had many patients while I was there, and while I wish they could have just numbed me up in the parking lot, I understand there is a procedure that requires adherence. The awesome doc gave me a few shots, and I particularly liked the one straight up through the roof of my mouth. For a brief moment in time, its pain made me forget about the pain that brought me there. But soon, the anticipated flood of nothingness took over and not only did my nose feel like it was 10 pounds, but I noticed my infected tooth no longer hurt at all ! We have a winner !!!
Folks, I hate going to the dentist. That tidbit is more than likely part to blame for the current condition of my teeth. I’ve never had a GREAT experience at a dentist office before. That changed today thanks to the awesome men and ladies at Ideal Dental in Allen. Thank you all for your kindness and compassion this morning for a fellow human who desperately needed it.

Such a warm, inviting, professional atmosphere. Angela and Ruth at the front desk are very inviting and comforting. Most dental offices would cause me anxiety, but not here. I felt so relaxed and at home. Then, Dr. Seriki, well, she is hands down the best dentist in DFW. She deserves an award for her craftmanship and expertise.
