This office is my absolute favorite. I’m in my mid-thirties and have been to several dentist offices throughout my life. This Ideal Dental actually cares about their patients. They listen to your concerns and take them into account when working on your teeth. My teeth are super sensitive to cold water and they have that in my file. They manually scrape my teeth, instead of using that drill machine (because I can’t do the cold water on my teeth from the machine). That in itself is why I will always go back.

The staff Kevron who is regional was there to assist. He was very sweet and knowledgeable. he took time out to explain what they were going to be doing. Brittany the lead dental assistant, Norieda, Nataila were all awesome. I will definitely be coming back to this office. I would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends. The Hygienist was also very nice and an obvious pro. The dentist, Dr Sondi, made me feel comfortable with the plan and explained the reasons and promised that he would always only do what was necessary. I’m very happy with Appt #1.

I absolutely love this place!!! They have taken care of me! I want to acknowledge Moses! He worked diligently on making sure my Invisalign was adequately placed along with my brackets, which was not an easy task on my teeth. He never gave up doing more than I expected to make sure they were in correctly, he double checked everything even going as far as studying and doing his research since it was the first time they had to put brackets on a crown, and that bracket stayed in place, he also checked my labs. He made sure I was okay the entire time! I felt reassured the whole time that he was doing a great job! Also, my Dentist is the BEST EVER SHE CARES, and I’ve never felt so comfortable and taken care of!!! Thank you guys!!!

I’m honestly terrified of the dentists office (it’s nothing a dentist ever did, just psychological issues), and the staff was able to walk me through a nearly two-hour visit from exam to dental cleaning and help me feel relaxed/safe.
