I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled, and I was put under anesthesia. The oral surgery team made me feel really comfortable, especially the young man who was the main oral surgeon. He walked me through certain things to expect post and pre op, and made me aware of any challenges he might be facing but to rest assured that I was in good hands. Wonderful team!

The staff was super attentive and sweet! I spent most of my time there laughing with the dental assistants. The doctor works quickly but efficiently, he was super gentle with me and would ask me occasionally if I needed breaks. I had never had a dentist visit be so pleasant. 10/10 would recommend!

Very professional and respectful staff. Upon entry I was quickly checked in and taken to back for dental work. Felt very comfortable throughout the whole procedure. They have very high tech machines that gives you a 3D visual of your teeth. The doctor recommended and explained procedures that works for you. You can tell they put a lot effort into cleanliness. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Dr. Phillip Pan is a wonderful Doctor and Orthodontist. He is so caring and helpful! He is kind, gentle, sweet, smart, informative, attentive and goes above and beyond. Dr. Doan and her team are amazing! While going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do, the team at Ideal Dental goes above and beyond to change that view. They take the time to explain what they are doing and to ensure you are comfortable. Erin and Zayda are kind assistants and love what they do. The office manager Yareli (sorry if that is the incorrect spelling) and Daisy are very friendly, they always explain the cost of treatment throughly so I know what I’m getting my self in to.

First time at ideal dental. The customer service was excellent! I had some concerns about insurance and out of pocket expenses and they took the time to explain every piece of my treatment plan with me. They were very transparent. I did wait a little longer than expected but overall it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
