Came from ideal dental today and was blown away by the care of this dental office. I’ve actually went to the same dentist in austin since I was 11 but will now be switching permanently to ideal. Last night I was in excruciating pain with a tooth that I’ve had multiple issues with all night. Went on line and seen ideal was about five minutes from where I live in Kyle I called they accepted my insurance and called me in immediately when my previous dentist don’t work on Friday’s and couldn’t even see me till Monday afternoon. My exam was so thorough and everything was explained to me on a screen where I could see my teeth and was decided I needed a crown . I couldn’t even feel the needle when she numbed me. And the new technology they have is amazing !!!! I will be making ideal my permanent dental office thanks ideal !!! No more pain!!! ?

This location has been the best. The experience from walking through the door, figuring out my payment plan, and checking out….the ladies at the front desk were PHENOMENAL! Great place to go for your teeth needs. Ive had an issue with dentists my whole life but they are very patient and work with me each time. They listen to what I have to say and don’t give sass when you aren’t perfect, say you are in pain, or ask for more novicane. Schedules are flexible. It’s a new facility too so state of the art tools too.

Love coming here to get my dental work done! Truly is what I consider Ideal. Doc Ton does EXCELLENT work, very clean and neat she answers all my questions. Gloria is always warm and welcoming:). AnSherly leaves my teeth looking spotless every time! Big shout out to Carolina for being so clear in explaining the details with my insurance and pricing. She found a credit which saved me out of pocket money. They’re very honest and transparent here! Thank you ladies for your consistency!

The women at the front desk have impeccable customer service. I am a patient for orthodontia there and require latex-free elastics for my Invisalign; I ran out of them and they did not have any on-site so they went to another location to pick them up for me and had them for me the next day. I am astounded by their willingness to help me in a timely manner and to be so accommodating. 10/10 recommend this location.

I had a tooth suddenly crack and they were able to get me in to get it fixed within a few days (they offered same day but I couldn’t take the time off work). They were extremely nice and non-judgemental about the condition of my teeth. The prices were extremely reasonable too considering the amount of work I had to get done.

This place is great! I had a really bad experience as a child which left me with PTSD, However the staff here helped me with my issues. Had 3 wisdom teeth extracted and didn’t have a single problem. I highly recommend this place for your dental needs.

I first went to Ideal Dental because my personal dentist retired and they were recommended on my dental insurance. I have found them professional, ethical and friendly. Have had virtually every procedure done here : cracked a tooth; Had a crown ;pulled a tooth; filling ; orthodontics. They have been great thru it all. Dr. Soroushi is reasonable and skilled in his approach.

I have Dental Anxiety. I have never felt so relaxed and calm during dental exams or treatments EVER! The staff is absolutely phenomenal from the Dental Assist, to the Hygienist, to the Dentist, hands down I have never received this level of care of service ANYWHERE. I am so glad I found this office. I almost canceled my visit but I am so glad I didn’t.

Dr. Pham is very knowledgeable, professional and really cares about his patients. He took his time at explaining my diagnosis after looking at my X-rays we discussed my treatment and went over my options. Lien the hygienist is AMAZING!
