I never would have thought to go to a “chain” dental practice. I ended up here for an emergency tooth extraction. I called and was scheduled the next day. That alone was amazing. The consultation and extraction were a breeze. Dr. Livsey and Maddy were on point. The coordinator Stephanie made billing easy to follow and scheduled me out for appointments leading to the implant. The facility is clean and technologically advanced. Everything can be done in office. I went for my follow up today. Dr. Livsey pointed out some other problems I was having and had solutions for them all. She is impressive. It will be sad to leave my current Dentist after 20yrs., but I’ve got myself a Tooth Whisperer and I’m not letting her go ; )

We have been using this dentist off since before it was Reign or Ideal dental. Exams and work seem to be fine. My only complaint is that I don’t feel the person service you feel from a one dentist dental office.

Each person I met on their staff treated me like an old friend. The Dentist was very honest and didn’t push any unnecessary treatment s or repairs. They asked me what I wanted to get out of my visit with them. They accommodated my need to get what I chose to have done quickly and efficiently. They even worked with me on a payment plan that worked for my budget!

As someone who really dislikes the dentist, I am so impressed with how amazing this office, staff and dentist is. I decided to become a patient based on the good reviews and I’m not adding one. They didn’t ask me to and I don’t make reviews often. From the time I walk in to the time I leave, I genuinely feel cared for. Everyone explains everything very well, the go over insurance before treatment, and they answer any questions. Dr. Ton is amazing and I’m so glad we found this place. 🙂

I was very politely greeted at the door, walked through every step of the process by the assistant, was provided oral health information by the dentist thoroughly and efficiently, was given any extraneous costs that were not covered by insurance up front before they started doing anything (very reasonably priced if not covered), and had any questions answered with respect and great knowledge. 11/10 experience from all staff members and I will be going back!
