Found this office online. They got me in right away. I had been to other Dentists for the same problem with differing opinions and did not feel confident with their findings. Here, the provider did a thorough work up on me and I feel hopeful with his assessment and treatment plan, at this time. The office is cheery, staff is friendly and professional. I was referred to Ideal Dental through my provider and as a new patient, I highly recommend this office. They were professional, punctual and have AMAZING customer service! Scott is meticulous and super friendly. Both Iovani and Dr. Pardo Sanchez show the utmost care and really educate you on maintaining your dental health. Elizabeth was so personable and thoroughly explained my billing and answered my questions prior to treatment. For the first time in a long time I actually enjoyed visiting the dentist. There is no judgment (I hadn’t been in a while due to COVID) and they encourage all your questions. 5 stars is not enough. The team and service surpassed my expectations.

I called Ideal Dental and immediately Stephanie got me in as soon as possible! She was so genuine and transparent that’s hard to find now and days. Stephanie helped me out with the best financial solution to end my miserable tooth pain. That same day the dentist and amazing dental staff performed my procedure! Marissa the dental assistance was so kind and reassuring. She made sure I was comfortable and educated me on the procedure. The dentist and assistance did such a great job! I have always been a nervous wreck when getting dental work done but Catelynn,Charmy, Dr.Bui and Dr.Byrd definitely made me feel safe and they took their time completing my dental work. I highly recommend this location. They genuinely care for their patients.Tiffany at front desk was very attentive and she provided me with all financial information prior to getting work done.They all answered my questions and in a profesional manner. Dr. Brady and his staff is awesome. I had a root canal done there. I was able to go there early and get it done quicker than I thought. He did a solid job too. The reason for the 4 star vs 5 star is because. They maybe really good no doubt about that but I feel at times they aren’t reliable to even schedule an appointment. I don’t want to be forwarded to an ideal dental in San Marcos or shertz. This is your office you are there for a reason. But overall Dr Brady and staff are good.
