I was slightly hesitant to go here after reading some reviews but after seeding through others with the same sort of reviews this one seemed best, I will say I’ll 100% be coming back! I called to schedule a tooth pull for the same day, they got me in no issue, I arrive and wasn’t waiting long before they pulled me back to begin X-rays. The doctor came in to speak with me and he really relaxed and assured me of the process it would be and that he would be sure to make sure my mouth was super super numb before pulling the tooth. They did the first round of numbing and it caused very painful cold sensitivity feeling I pulled the nurse over and the doctor came by immediately to give a second round of numbing and didn’t leave me waiting. After that second numb I was waiting for about 10 mins the doc came by pulled my tooth within 15 mins it was out and stitched up he was assuring me the whole time because I was shaking and nervous (it didn’t hurt but you feel the pressure of tools etc and I was fearful that I might feel it) they didn’t try and upsell me on anything, the last dentist I went to was adamant on running me through Invisalign the cost what I would need etc.. after quoting me 5k to just fix my teeth. This place did the work I came in didn’t berate me about the quality and state of my teeth and just got the issue out! Now I don’t feel so nervous or embarrassed to actually fix the issues I have. My last dentist really made me just not wanna deal with the issues because it felt like I was being bullied over MY teeth.
