The staff at Ideal Dental are friendly and helpful. The work they do is explained clearly and you know what to expect. They also are very good at trying to help you find ways to get the work needed done. My daughter even said they asked her what music she wanted to hear while they worked to fill her cavaties.

Let’s start with the fact that my son’s afraid of densists. He tries to avoid them as much as he can.
We came for an emergency treatment for him and the staff was super nice, friendly and professional.
We laughed, the doctor eased his mind and my son left feeling more confident and ready to return for the full treatment the next week.
I only wished they accepted my insurance too. 😉

Dr. Mendez performed an outstanding service, very gentle and at all times making sure I was not in pain, I get extremely nervous going to the dentist and had to get more than normal dose of anesthesia but Dr. Mendez made sure to take care of me and Lupita did an amazing job as well assisting him throughout the whole process also making sure I was doing good. If you need someone who really cares for you and does an over the top job, this is the place you want to come!

I had a chipped filling from another dentist. Ideal had me in and tooth fixed the same day. They were super friendly, really efficient, had me in and out in an hour with no discomfort or feeling like I was being rushed. Pricing was very reasonable. I’ll be going here for my regular cleanings as well. For all the dishonest dentists out there, these guys are legit.

I visited a few weeks back for my dental cleaning. All the staff members were so generous and took very good care of me during my visit. I was having an ease of mind with the treatment. Dentist Dharti Shyani helped me to know better about my teeths condition. Since I’m getting all my treatments done here from the last 1 year, everything seems to be normal and easy. I really appreciate and thank for all the help I’m getting from the nurses and the dentist Shyani for their tireless hardwork to put me healthy and safe. I definitely recommend this clinic as a one stop destination for all your dental issues.

I have extreme dental phobia. Thousands have been spent on various therapies. I HAD to go see a dentist. My daughter said this office was great. She said they were kind, compassionate, and would respect my directives as needed. Well-she was right. I had called around and had some snarky receptionists- Ideal Dental have fantastic staff from reception through treatment. Every staff member was very considerate and oozed genuine care. My tech (forgot name- was busy breathing & doing biofeedback) was exceptionally compassionate & thouroughly explained my needs, choices, and assured me she would stop any time I needed. The DDS was equally kind. No judgements (and I can spot judging & fake concern from a mile). In fact I did not feel any of my regular anxiety. I was amazed at their handheld x-ray that was non-intrusive. I really felt like I would not have a problem there at all. The consultation was the smoothest I’ve had ever.

Soo first off let me say I don’t like dentist after past bad experiences… This dental office was awesome ?, all the staff was professional, personable, and welcoming. The dentist did a great job observing any discomfort I had and adjusted his work accordingly, addressed reasons for concerns I have with sensitivity, gave me a plan of action that is attainable. Most importantly they informed me my teeth are in good health and here to stay?

I visited the Ideal Dental recently and had my root canal treatment right then and there. The staff at this clinic is very friendly and the doctor “Dharti Shyani” is amazing and very patient to hear all my dental problems and took care of my entire treatment very nicely. I have already chosen this place as my go to clinic at all times for my dental problems. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family because the staff and doctors are incredible.

WOW!!!!!!!!! I just had the BEST experience EVER at Brush32 in Round Rock, TX!!!! My dentist Alyssa C. Dawson made me feel so comfortable. I was so embarrassed because I needed so much dental work done and she made me feel like I was at home. She also helped me with a VERY affordable package because she knew I was on a budget!!! All of the staff were amazing too!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Brush32!!

I recently relocated to the area and was searching for a great dentist. I lucked out finding Brush32 of RR! The entire staff was accommodating and very knowledgeable making my experience a great one. I have to go back to actually get some work done- this is the reason I’ve given 4 stars). I’ll follow up my survey after having a crown replaced.
So far they’ve done a cleaning w/initial consultation.

I was very nervous about my wisdom teeth extraction procedure – but everyone in the office helped put me to ease from the very beginning. Dr. Jerry Chiu and DeLaine, from the oral surgery team, are top-notch professionals that will go above and beyond to meet your needs. From scheduling, providing instructions and following-up with your procedure, they made it all super easy. I was very impressed and appreciative with the professionalism, courtesy and quality I received from this office.
