I had to do a walk in due to emergency. I was welcomes by Jameisha. She had a big smile and a welcoming spirit. She was like that with everyone. I can’t remember the assistant to Dr Jackson but she was so caring and sweet. Dr Jackson is amazing! He gets the job done for sure! I definitely recommend this dental office.

A new patient- all of the places I have used in the past have nothing on Ideal dentistry in Hope Mills, NC! Maria was great and took her time during the cleaning portion of my visit and I believe they took X-rays and pics of every angle of my teeth possible to identify any problems! The dentist explained different treatment options based on their findings and it was a very thorough exam!! Hats off to Ideal Dentistry and thanks for a great experience!

Everyone was genuinely nice. I really appreciated that they accepted walk-in patience and also offers a payment plan for patients without dental insurance.
Dr. Jackson was very kind and gentle during my extraction. Mya was so kind and caring. The receptionist was such a sweetheart she really had a caring approach and she was very helpful. -

I have been going to Dr. Jackson for a few months now and bless him because he’s been doing major dental on someone who has been terrified of a dentist most of my life.
I have got to tell you now that Dr. Henry Lee Jackson is tied with my best dentist ever, Dr. Pruitt. That’s high praise. Pruitt is good with kids and Jackson is good with old ladies 😁
To top off the best Doc is the staff beside of him.
Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful.
I was seriously beaming from watching the staff interacting the other day. THEY ARE THE BEST.

Dr. Aviv and her team are outstanding! The attention and care she has provided to me and my family was professional, friendly, and the work was completed to my satisfaction. The office gets busy and there’s sometimes a wait to be seen but when you’re good at what you do then everyone wants to be your patient. I would never consider looking for another dentist in the Fayetteville area!

Blessings! From the moment I walked through the door, professionals greeted me. Jameisha, the receptionist, was very helpful and remembered me from a phone call. The dental assistant, Caitlin, was funny, personable, and a joy to have as my tech. Then came Dr. Nathani, who explained my options in detail.
I went in for info and had the procedure done the same day. It was a lovely experience.

Awesome doctors and staff everything went well everybody was so friendly . Just only one concern was the wait the appointment was at 2:00 p.m. and I got out at 4:30 p.m. but other than that all is so good I would recommend this place I love this place and the people and Dr nat. N dr Jackson and also the people at the front desk all the way back to the back they all was friendly and nice the best place I can call my dental home 😁🏡 Thanks for your services.
