I have been with Dr. Jackson since back in the Winston Salem dental group days ,before the buy out by Ideal Dental..
Don’t know what they make, and don’t care ,but whatever it’s, they need more for their excellent work and caring attitude and love for their customers… -

Amazing! They really take the time to make you comfortable, look at all of your options and they work fast without losing any of the quality! What has taken me 3 years to get out of other dentists took me 30 minutes to set up with Dr Jackson and Marsha!! 10/10 recommend! I have never looked forward to dentist visits but they genuinely are the best and make everything so easy and comfy! They even worked with my high anxiety ticks!

Went in as a walk in for a chipped tooth which I was told at a previous dentist I needed 2 root canals ! Ended up just needing them filled and crowns which I’m extremely grateful for! I couldn’t have asked for a more patient and understanding dentist! My experience was a 10/10 and I’ll definitely be back as a regular patient !

Called in looking for an emergency dentist on a Saturday. They accept new patients with an emergency before noon. I rushed over and they had me in a chair in 45 minutes. Very personable and friendly staff. Gave me options for care and respectfully accepted my decision to go see a Specialist on Monday. Wrote me a referral as well.
I may have to switch dentists. Had a great experience and the office has a good vibe.

I went in with my sister who had an appointment and decided from having some issues that I have been having that I would do their oral cancer screening they not only discounted me from $180 to $59 because of no insurance and to get me in for the screening but they also ended up giving me a free $700 X-ray and referring me to an oral surgeon because I do have what looks like oral cancer which I may have caught early because of them I thank you so much ideal dental y’all are the best and y’all were super polite nice and just all together a really good visit.

I have visited several Ideal Dental locations for my family over the years. Ideal Dental Basswood is one of the most efficient dental offices I have ever been to. My husband was experiencing terrible wisdom tooth pain and they immediately jumped into action and spoke with the doctor. He was confident he’d be able to help him without the need of an Oral Surgeon and had him start antibiotics. We were greeted with a huge smile when we walked in the door and had a very short wait time even though we were a few min late due to traffic and the rain. Dr. Arastu was absolutely phenomenal with my husband. He was determined to make sure to extract his broken wisdom teeth. He was professional and made sure we were comfortable and explained every step he was taking. The DA, Stephanie, was incredible too and was amazing at her job. My husband is no longer in pain and the Office Manager, Angela, even called to check on him and make sure he was doing well after his procedure. She was wonderful through the whole experience from the first phone call however, this is ALWAYS my experience with this location.

Shout out to the two ladies at the front desk at ideal dental at Kessler Parks.Ms.Terri and Ms.Amber I met these two ladies at Wendy’s on my lunch break and we were discussing my teeth. I told them that I need to have an exam but I didn’t have insurance the lady informed me that they had a special for $59 for exam and .x-rays they could get me in asap. it just pays to be nice sometime God places people in your path when you least expect it, thank you ladies I will share this special with my family and friends who don’t have insurance. And they all so have in house discount plan.

Everyone was great. Only thing I have problem with is that I’d spoke with dentist when first came in and explained that I needed my dentures before I went out of town March 28th. I called back after looking at calendar for my extractions and and when my wax impression would be back and then when my permanent dentures would be back. I needed them earlier the dentist had told me they could be back sooner. But the girl I talked to said was $100 for Rush,I was never told that in the beginning so I need another solution to get them back by March 28th cause I don’t have $100 I’m on disability. Thanks for your help everyone is great there(the ones I’ve dealt with) anyways. Thanks Carolyn Joyce

So so grateful that one of my friends referred me to Ideal Dental after I had a bad experience at my daughter’s previous pediatric dentist. Ever since then which was over 4 years ago, my family has been coming here because I trust this office with my kids. Everyone in the office has been amazing especially with my kids. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Every dr we have seen has been super nice and so good with little kids. Also, Van our dentist hygienist always takes such good care of my girls. She’s just the sweetest. We drive over 30 minutes to go here and will continue to come here for quality drs and staff. Finding a good doctors office now is rare so we will drive if we have to.
