LOVE these folks! Started coming here ~ year ago after a multitude of nightmares at a different dentist, and since I’ve wondered why I waited so long to switch. This office is top notch, from always friendly and always responsive front desk staff, to fabulous techs and doctor. Everything is efficient, my time is respected (just finished 6-month exam with X-rays & cleaning. Including travel – albeit close to my house – it was an hour out of my day). So easy! Dr Walker is down-to-earth, friendly, and professional, as are all the staff I’ve encountered here. Everyone seems to genuinely enjoy what they’re doing, seem to feel valued by employer. If I was in the market for a job, I might consider applying here, as it appears to be excellent work environment. Of course, that trickles down to excellent customer service, which I appreciate, as a customer. If you’re in the market for an outstanding dental practice, give serious consideration to Dr. Walker & crew at Ideal Dental on Potranco!

I came in with a toothache and they accommodated me quickly. It ended up being a root canal and they took me through it very professionally. Each person was friendly and seemed to really care about my situation. My only complaint was I had to wait because I wasn’t scheduled for the procedure.

Very friendly staff and assistant. Only gave 4 stars because I prefer it when a hygienist cleans my teeth. Dentist cleaned them and did a good job, but always like the detail of a hygienist. Also, like that they provide you with a detailed treatment plan so you are able to plan future visits.

Dr Seriki is the BEST! I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work and have not been to a dentist in 20 years. I only go when something is wrong. In the last year or so, I’ve been trying to be more on top of my dental health than in the past. Let’s just say I haven’t always had good dental experiences! Since choosing Ideal Dental, I can say that has changed. I always have a great experience when I visit Dr. Odhav and her staff for checkups and procedures. I appreciate their openness in explaining procedures and fees. I also appreciate attentiveness to small details to avoid them becoming bigger issues down the line. Honestly the whole staff was very friendly! My last dental clinic was fairly obnoxious and rude about how I wanted to proceed with my dental health, but not here. They were very informative and helpful with my financial situation, and never made me felt pressured into perusing something I didn’t want to. From the receptionist, to the Dental Assistant, to the Dr. and the dental hygienist, all were fantastic. 10/10 would recommend!

This office and it’s staff are the epitome of 5 stars. Let’s start with the front office. Kendra is a courteous, professional and friendly employee who made my time there absolutely perfect from the moment I called and made an appointment to me walking into the door and checking in. Kendra made me feel welcome and comfortable in the waiting room while I sat and waited. I had a horrible toothache and she did everything in her power to get me seen as soon as possible. She is an asset to this office and needs to be promoted. The back of house were just as amazing starting with Quinn who took my X-rays and pre inspection. Doctor Kelkar was absolutely wonderful and kind to my situation. She is a professional and very talented dentist. The hygienist Michelle is as skilled of a hygienist that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with with. This is the best office I’ve dealt with since I have moved to Texas.

I have really bad teeth and have already had a tooth pulled and a crown put on another tooth. Truly amazing, probably the best experience I’ve had at the dentist ever. Everyone was so kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. From the receptionist, X-ray techs, dental hygienist, and Dr. P they all knew what they were doing. They answered all my questions and suggested some treatments for my teeth. The suggestions didn’t even feel like they were just trying to sell me something but felt like they were genuinely concerned!

Ideal Dentistry is one of the BEST Dental offices, that I’ve had the pleasure of being serviced by. They have to recruit the happiest of people as the entire group is extremely nice & upbeat! The wait to see the Dentist is always very minimal (if there is a wait at all- Most times there aren’t); the service is EXEMPLARY (The Best that I’ve had thus far), Due to an emergency, I was able to get in to see the Dr. Same day, ANNNND they offer several payment options (if needed).
