Just went to the dentist for the first time in about 8 years. Mainly because I have horrible anxiety from a bad dental experience. I came here and the staff was great. The hygienist was super sweet and gentle. I had to have two teeth extracted, which is not fun. But the dentist, forgot his name ? was awesome. He told me everything he was doing and why, before he did it. Very important! He made sure I was as comfortable as I could be, in that situation. He was actually very pretty also. So that helped. Very clean office and great staff. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We visited the Presidio office for the first time and had a good experience. The entire staff was friendly and one of their employees in particular was really great. After finding out that my mom needed more than just a routine check-up, Lindsay went above and beyond to ensure that she was taken care of. Lindsay kept us informed on what procedures were needed and she was also able to patiently explain all of our financing plan options. She really made what could’ve been a stressful situation go smoothly!

Ideal Dental was able to see me within a couple hours, following safe Covid protocols, and the dentist I saw was professional, knowledgeable, and obviously loves her work. The procedure I need is not an emergency, so I will have the work done by my usual dentist. However, my experience with Ideal Dental was excellent.

Ideal Dental Lakewood is by far the BEST dental practice we have been to. My husband and I have been coming for a little over a year and we have no complaints. The staff is amazing and make sure that you have a great experience and do their best to make sure you get quality care. The office is always so clean. Our dentist leads with integrity and is honest and upfront about work that needs to be done. I have been to other dentist before that have exaggerated work that needs to be done in order to make extra bucks. So it truly has been refreshing to have great, and affordable dental care.

They are always quick to get me in-and-out for my appointments and the staff is very nice. The only negative thing I can say is there has been a few times between mine and my husband’s appointments that they’ve called a day or 2 before to reschedule due to random reasons. This is somewhat inconvenient for us because we schedule our work around our appointments. Otherwise they get 5 stars from me.

Ideal Dental of Rockwall was a pleasant surprise. Every employee was extremely nice and I was checked on all throughout my visit. I’ve been with the same dentist in Dallas for 25 years, but he sold his business and retired. I was very hesitant to change, but I need a dentist close to home. My husband used Ideal first and have a good experience. So I gave it a shot. I needed two fillings replaced, and they were very gentle with me and did a great job.

From when I called to schedule an appointment with Mina, how she took so much of her time when I went in to explain the financial options I had since I didn’t have insurance, and the rootcanal procedure done by Dr. Mogali and Alaska.
