Great experience with Dr. Soroushi and staff. I previously had crowns and deep cleaning done at other offices. He made sure that I was completely numb and did a great job cleaning my teeth and removing all the buildups. I noticed my gums have become very healthy and I don’t see any bleeding around them anymore. Also, he made me couple of crowns and they all fitted perfectly and look great.

I didn’t have long to wait on a Saturday (granted Austin is also in stage 5 Covid). All the personnel were accommodating to my comfort needs. The cleaning (and cavity-fixing) services were fairly comprehensive. I’d go back again in 6mo ?

Nobody enjoys having people throw their hands and drills and such in your mouth but these individuals are all professional and gentle and they explain things as they go. When you walk out your mouth is clean. Life is good. From the moment you walk in Blanca is kind and happy and every single person that works here treat you as if you are their very favorite person. My entire “Ideal Dental of University Blvd” experience was simply phenomenal from the exceptional customer service of it’s receptionist “Ms. Stacy” whom calendared my dentist appointment to this dentist office exceptional faculty and staff whom during the dental practice within there geographical boundaries initially conducted a throe oral-evaluation prognosis as mandated by orthodontist “Dr. Anthony Gulde” whom I discovered to be stellar in his dental expertise in which he left me meditating on the fact that the root-canal dental procedures which had been executed by Gulde was literally made painless… In fact, upon his completion of the process I inquired of him if whether or not he wrote the book on his dental processes???.. Kudo’s to the faculty and staff at this “Ideal Dental of University Blvd” location.. What’s more, you go Boss!!!!!…

Legitimately the nicest people I’ve ever encountered at a dentist’s office. Not only were they able to get me in the same day for a minor emergency that happened on my lunch break, everything from the scans to the doctor finishing the work on my teeth, took about 2 hours! From past experience, I thought I’d be there for 4 hours at least. I honestly don’t think I’ll go anywhere else at this point.

The bedside manner of the staff and sheer care they took of my 7 year old having 2 teeth extracted was incredible!
