I have a ton of anxiety surrounding the dentist, and dental work in general. Today’s visit was great. The staff is all so kind and compassionate. They worked with me needing breaks and extra numbing for my procedure. The dentist and hygienist work quickly and gently to make sure my teeth were taken care of and I felt very safe in their hands. I have to go back a couple more times for a few more fillings but I feel 1000% better going to see them for my dental care than any other office I’ve been to. Being able to break it up into a few different visits was helpful for my budget and my schedule. Thanks again ladies!

They were able to get me in within 1 day and were very efficient. Doctor M was amazing. I didn’t feel anything during surgery, and today I do not have much pain. The whole staff was courteous and made sure you were comfortable. Doctor M explained the procedure and he and his staff went through after care procedures I need to follow. Great place and highly recommend Ideal Dental.

Important to share with the public is that Ideal l is open on Saturday’s. Kareen is part of their Friendly staff. The Hygienist takes her time teeth cleaning your teeth with patience & grace. The dentist is awesome she is kind, caring, and takes her time to explain in detail what is good for you and your teeth. I highly recommend Ideal Dental Bulverde.

Walked in was greeted by Megan and was immediately seen by Dr. O and she not only gave me a prescription to help with my pain she gave my multiple payment options for the procedures that she would perform. This facility is very clean, the employees are all smiling and I felt welcome from the time I walked in until I left. Oh and it took maybe 5 minutes before seeing the Dr. so no 30-45 minute wait.

I do not like going to the dentist in general. I go occasionally for teeth cleanings (not as often as I should) and have never really found a place I would go back to until I visited this office. I was having pain and I was able to be seen short notice on a weekend. The dentist was super friendly. After looking at X-rays and examining he explained what was wrong and how he could fix it. He was able to fix my tooth the same day. He also noticed another area that could cause future issues. I feel so much better now and will be back! So thankful for the dentist and his staff.

Everyone at this office is welcoming and kind. The dental care team thoroughly explained the general care provided and allowed me to decide how to proceed with the recommendations for further care without excessively swaying my decision.
When I went in for all my wisdom teeth to be removed, the team was great about checking in before the surgery, and the surgeon made sure I understood any possible complications that may take place and made sure I was comfortable before beginning. This team also provided exceptional post-op care a few months ago for my husband in the removal of his wisdom teeth, so I knew I trusted them to provide the same treatment during my procedure.
Overall, I really appreciate this office’s excellent staff for providing quality dental care while also making sure their patients are reassured.
