Dr. John and his staff were professional, courteous and provided great care. Hannah, the Dental Assistant that helped me twice last week took the time to not only make sure my temporary crowns fit right but also educated me as well. The hygenists were great also. All in all – two great experiences.

I had my 6 month check up and cleaning today. My first time at Ideal. The ladies in the office made sure my insurance was good before I came in. When i got there the atmosphere was great. The office was super clean. The Doctor was great. Didn’t push me into anything but explained to me our future options. The hygienist was great too! Didn’t make me feel bad about my teeth. Actually told me all the good things i was doing. She was also gentle on my teeth. I’ll be back and would recommend this office!

I was looking for a new dentist and I’m so glad I found Dr. Sun at Ideal Dental. I had a back tooth that was bothering me and they got me in really quick. He was kind and gentle and his assistant was the first one that didn’t let me drown while they were working on me! What a relief!
I recommend Ideal Dental. They have all new equipment and lots of knowledge. They are in University Place close to Whole Foods. -

I highly recommend Ideal Dental Aliana. The entire team is professional and very friendly. I’ve avoided dentists in the past due to negative experiences. Not anymore! The office staff (Briana), the dental assistants and Dr. Galaz are all amazing. Dr. Galaz explains everything thoroughly and answers all questions patiently. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. Throughout the procedure he continuously checks in to be sure you are comfortable and not experiencing discomfort. He never seems rushed and is very kind. I really can’t say enough positive things about this team!!

I have this crippling fear of the dentist and once Joanne checked my heart rate and saw it resting at 133, the team treated me like a baby dear. I have never been so comfortable at a dentist before today and I genuinely am excited to go back. They walked me through every step of the way in the most calm and collected voices. I used to go to a private practice dentist for the past 18 years, and I will never go back after this kind experience. I did read a review where they wouldn’t let someone use their $19 coupon, but when I asked, she said I could use it, but there’s not much of a purpose since my insurance covers the cost of the visit. I’m currently forcing my fiancé to book an appointment at the moment 🙂

Today I went to the dentist. I had not been in awhile. I moved to the Stone Oak area and needed to find a place. I chose Ideal Dental Stone Oak. The entire staff were so nice. Eslaly was first to take care of me; she did my x-rays and scans. Eslaly was so nice and professional, she made me feel comfortable. Doctor Leena Shah was professional and knowledgeable regarding a plan to get my mouth healthy as can be. I give God glory for the entire staff. Praise the Lord!
