I bonded immediately with my new dentist, Dr. Chiang. As with the rest of the staff I had met, she was so pleasant,
thoroughly explaining my treatment plan & patiently addressing my many questions & concerns. Perhaps what surprised me most was the sticker shock I was expecting did not occur. I was happy with the upfront, no nonsense, fee estimate for my rather extensive work. Special thanks to receptionist Ms. Newly, who greets patients with a welcoming smile, and helped me to cut through some daunting insurance & Savings Plan issues. I look forward to my subsequent visits. -

I haven’t been to the dentist in 4 years. This was my first time here and I had a very fantastic experience. All the staff were super friendly! Taylor checked me in and took my x-rays, she was very friendly and did a great job welcoming me to the office. Dr. Shah did my cleaning and talked me through the process. He did a great job addressing my concerns and reassured me that despite me not going to the dentist for 4 years, I did a great job up keeping the health of my teeth. Natalie (I hope I remembered your name correctly) talked me through pricing and rescheduling for my six month and my teeth whitening. She was super kind and explained everything perfectly. Overall a phenomenal experience!

The dentist and all the assistants/hygienists are amazing at this office. The front office staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well. They worked very hard to get us in for an emergency as fast as possible and the team did a great job with all the work my husband and I both needed. I am HIGHLY impressed with this practice. Not one person pressured us into unnecessary expenses, nor gave us any guilt for any teeth issues. They simply worked towards an affordable solution to get our mouths healthy. I love this office!

Dr. Trinidad is great. She listens and really tries to find an answer to your pain.
