I absolutely loooove this dental practice! ♥️ Dr Avery is hands down one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. I came in for a much needed cleaning after having neglected my teeth for a few years due to lack of good dental insurance. The staff here took amazing care of me and welcomed me with open arms. I came in as a first time patient but left out feeling like family.
I returned a few weeks later for a root canal and a cleaning and Dr Avery was very gentle and was very in tune with me during the entire process to ensure I felt no pain. My dental hygienist Karita who assisted has been nothing short of amazing as well. Highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for great dental care and service!

This dental practice was exceptional. They delivered excellent pediatric care for my daughter, accommodating us as walk-ins for an emergency dental visit. Despite a slightly longer wait than anticipated, I didn’t mind because the service was worth it. Dr. Aviv and her team displayed utmost professionalism and a caring bedside manner. Dr. Aviv even personally followed up later in the evening to ensure my daughter’s toothache had subsided, and the staff called the next morning to check in as well. Overall, this is an outstanding, friendly, and highly professional dental office that I wholeheartedly recommend.

The hygienist and dentist were both incredibly thorough in their explanations of what they were doing and what needed to be done. The front desk staff is also very thorough in explaining costs and insurance and appeasing hectic schedules. And all staff are remarkably friendly and polite! The dentist office can sometimes be a stressful experience but everyone at this location is exceptionally patient and kind.

Can’t say enough good things about how kind and thoughtful and patient the entire staff has been with me, a notoriously anxious dentist-avoider. Had to visit a couple times for a long overdue deep clean, and from the front desk staff to the hygienist (Twan I believe is his name, apologies if I’m butchering the spelling) to the head dentist, there was no judgement and just encouraging words. One of the best things I could ever say about a dentist office: they actually don’t make me DREAD a return trip.

Ideal Dental Euless is literally the best dental office I have ever been to. The staff is absolutely amazing and they always take care of me. I was nervous about going into the dentist since I have not been in a long time and they made me feel so safe. Dr. Nduka explained everything so throughly and made sure I understand the procedures I was getting. The dental assistants as well as the manager were so sweet and made sure I was comfortable. Honestly this was the best dental experience my husband and I have ever had. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by everyone at the front. After waiting less than 5 minutes we were already being called back for X-rays which were super quick and painless. The dental assistant was very sweet and really took the time to explain everything to us. Which really made us feel at ease. Dr. Seriki hands down is the best dentist I’ve ever been too. She was sweet and gentle. I had to get numb for my filling and I didn’t feel a thing and trust me I’m a huge baby so that says so much. Overall my experience at Ideal dental Sunnyvale was amazing I wish I could them all 10 stars because 5 simply is not enough!!!

Ideal Dental at Kessler Park is the true definition of a stellar customer service experience. Upon walking in I was greeted by Mrs. Terry and Mrs. Amber with a very welcoming Good Morning greeting. I’ve been to other dental clinics, like Mint,Jefferson Dental, White Rock Dental and I can confidently say I will not go back to those dental clinics. Their whole domineer and mannerisms were not up to par of how a customer service person should behave or respond. Mrs. Terry and Mrs. Amber were stellar and really like what they do, they care for their patients to make sure they come back and always experience they same type of care and treatment every single time. Upon going to the back for my X-rays Mrs. Alma and her student took extreme care of me and made sure I was comfortable with the machines in my mouth. Dr. Sport who did my cleaning and fillings was a stellar person as well, he made me feel comfortable and answered all the questions I had in regard to the work being done. I was treated with the upper most respect and I felt great inside to be at that specific Ideal Dental. I will come back in six months for my cleaning and mouth guard. Ideal Dental at Kessler Park will be my dental clinic moving forward. Ten out of ten I would highly recommend. Thank you Ideal Dental at Kessler Park.

I tried two other dental offices about two years ago and I never went back or even started treatment because it did not feel like they cared about me. It was our first time visiting the Culebra location and we had a wonderful experience. Moses assisted us in the exam room and he was very friendly and personable. The doctor was also very nice and answered all of my questions, and spoke to my daughter, who was having a root canal done that morning, which made her feel more comfortable. The lady in the front, Angela was also wonderful! She was very personable, helpful, And I love how she knew some of the patients names. I definitely plan to return to this location going forward. I visited ideal dental Grand Prairie yesterday, their service was exceptional the vicinity was neat and smells good, the lady at front desk (right) was friendly and helpful. My dental assistant lady was gentle and kind and to top it all my dentist was professional, informative and explained in details step by step of what needed to be done. He was patient and listened to me. But, I couldn’t go on with my service because after check up with my insurance the out of pocket cost for the service I needed was out of my budget.
