I’ve been at this location for almost a year now. Alma and Terrie, Amber, Sabian are always very cheerful and welcoming. The facility is always clean and I really appreciate that. I also enjoy a new movie or playlist each time I’m in the office to help stay calm and relaxed. I call several times between my appointment and they say I haven’t gotten their nerves yet. 🤣

Also I appreciate the fact that the DDS had to perform my routine cleaning because one of the staff members was out. Shows a lot about his character and how he treats his staff/ practice.

My first time at ideal dental and I had an amazing experience. All the staff are very nice and helpful. The dental hygienist Larissa is absolutely incredible! She is so knowledgeable in her field and is very personable. You can tell she loves to educate and does an excellent job at making sure you understand everything that is going on with your teeth. Dr. Aviv is very friendly and proactive when it comes to dental health. Would definitely recommend ideal dental!

Had a great experience with Ideal Dental in Belterra. Daisy and Charlene were both friendly supportive and quite excellent overall. I was impressed by how much they were willing to provide information on what they were doing and how things would go, especially making space for special questions that I had. Dr Doan was quite Pleasant while also being tuned in with my situation and shot me straight but was kind throughout the entire visit. I trust their expertise and enjoy their staff. No one wants a root canal, let alone two in one day, but Dr. H, Melanie and Ericka were the nicest, most caring endo team I have ever had. Dr. H was very communicative, addressed all my concerns, and made me feel as comfortable as I could be in a not great situation. She was patient with me and she and Melanie were amazing. If you have to have it done, come see them. They travel and probably have a location near you.
